I went to Riteaid for a prescription. The store was so clean and the shelves well stocked and tidy. The staff at the register and in the pharmacy were helpful and I enjoyed engaging in conversations with them.

I am surprised around all the negative comments about this pharmacy. In this day and age it is important to have empathy; and when you offer understanding you are more likely to receive it back. Pharmacies are strained in the post Covid world with more responsibilities, more hours, more protocols, basically more demands. I have been a customer here for well over a decade and every pharmacist and tech I have encountered has been helpful and kind.

This used to be my local pharmacy for years, I moved out of the area and recently came back, stopped by this location, and sadly, it has changed so much, the store feels sad, the staff even worse, and customer service even for the pharmacy is just rude and uncaring.

Stay away from this Pharmacy. Tram Nguyen was the pharmacist mgr here and one of the rudest and most unhelpful person I have ever met! These folks are here to help people and sad to see Rite Aid employs people like her who should not be in the business of serving patients. She was supported by another service rep- Jinky, who was feeding on each others rude behavior and she did not know what she was talking about and gave wrong information. Combination of rudeness and ineptitude!

If there was an option for negative stars I would be selecting that option! Probably one of the most rude, most bias, most discriminatory place I have ever been in my entire life! I tried to get a prescription for my needed medication there that was prescribed to me by a certified medical professional (DOCTOR) and I was denied the medication I need and depend on by the pharmacist there because of her own personal opinion and belief on a subject! I will NEVER ask my doctor to submit a prescription there nor will I ever recommend anyone else to do so and I highly recommend that the people that do go there should think about the kind of professional behavior they are condoning too that would deny someone with a medical condition the medicine they need

Terrible pharmacy manager. Decides to wait until pickup time to let customers know she won't fill prescriptions off label even thought I talked to her on the phone 3 days ago and then again today 3 hours ago. She said nothing. Rite Aid pharmacists are all on a power trip.

I mostly use this location for the pharmacy and unfortunately that service leaves a lot to be desired. Multiple times it has been their responsibility to follow up with my doctor to work out some details on a pending prescription only for me to find out weeks later that they did nothing at all. I even called the pharmacy during one of these occasions and explicitly asked "is there anything I need to do" and I got the clear and direct answer of "no", but sure enough I called my doctor's office weeks later and they had zero contact from the pharmacy. Not great. The rest of the store seems average, but that's about it. Could use some work on tidying up the interior. The whole store gives off a kind of depressing and sterile vibe, but maybe that's just how drug stores are.

My doctor sent in a prescription to be filled two weeks from when she sent it in. I checked in with Rite Aid in person to see if they had me on file and what else I had to do to make sure this first interaction with them went smoothly. I was assured in a friendly manner that I should just come back in when it's time and that they have me on file. Today I call because it's time, and I'm completely turned down because they don't fill prescriptions from telehealth, a thing I was expressly instructed to do by my primary care provider. I was not told one word of this a week ago when I went in to prevent exactly this sort of thing from happening. The Factoria Rite Aid lied to me by omission and wasted an entire week of my time when I could have been finding another pharmacy. Now I will have to scramble to find another pharmacy in time, if I even can. What a ripoff. Shame on them and shame on me for thinking I could have a simple transaction with a pharmacy in my area.

Be aware: They close at or before 9pm not 10pm as shown on Google Maps. I got there last night at 8:55pm and they already locked me out by not permitting customers to come in. I was trying to get kids coughing medicine but they turned me away anyways. They cared more about their closing time, than their societal responsibilities.

I was at the Factory Rite Aid last night and was treated terribly. As I walked up to the register the clerk was walking away, didn't stop, just said "I'll be back". I waited awhile and then I saw her walking back toward the register, not in a hurry. When she got to the register she never greeted me or even looked at me. I started putting my stuff up on the counter and she said something that I didn't understand and after she repeated it I realized she wanted me to put my number in the thing where you pay. I did so. Then she moved my beer to the left side so it appeared to me she had scanned it. I started picking it up and she grabbed it out of my hands and said very crossly, "I'm not finished". I gave her my drivers license and she handed it back to me never looking to see if I saw it - like handing it into space. Then she said, after she finished checking me out,"Done shopping?" I said, "clearly" and she said "I wasn't talking to you". I asked her name and she told me "Amy". I couldn't get over it so I called the store this morning and asked to speak to a manager. I told this person my story and she said that she would pass it on to a manager!!! I had asked if she was a manager and she said "yes". I asked her name. Wait for it!....Amy!!! I asked if she was the same Amy as last night and she said,"yes". She never apologized for her behavior. She said something about a man that made no sense to me. I told her that I didn't believe she would pass the message on and that I would try again to call a manager- she indicated that there was no real manager available. I can't believe that she is working with the public, let alone being made a lead, or supervisor!!! I don't want to go to that Rite Aid again. I may or may not keep trying to get hold of a manager. Disgraceful.

I'm usually in here at least once a week (considering that I also work in the mall) to pick a few things on my way home. But last week the cashier accused me of shoplifting and demanded to see what was in my reusable bag. I obviously obliged and I showed her all the contents in my bag which I purchased at the Nordstrom Rack, a few doors down.It was humiliating especially because there was a line of customers. Just be wary when this woman is working there and when you're carrying a reusable bag.

Its true what folks are saying here.. This pharmacy does not answer their phone, you are not a priority when you show up in person and you often receive mixed stories on the status, dates, etc of your prescriptions. It looks like the staff is working hard, but what is it Rite has them working on that is more important than the customers? I unfortunately moved to a new pharmacy recently and am already blown away by the difference in responsiveness and overall experience.
