This is not a restaurant. It’s actually bar service within Residence Inn hotel where you can order food, mainly salads and burgers, and drinks from the bar (pictured below).Christina is the main hostess at the bar. Very nice and friendly lady.If you ring the number for this place from Google Maps, it’s actually going to go to the front desk for Residence Inn. Tell them to transfer you to the Rivue Bar and Grill. You will find the menu in Google maps photos for this place so you can just order on the phone. They don’t deliver to the hotel rooms so you just have to go down and get it.I would recommend their signature Rivue burger - comes with fries (pictured below). It is surprisingly very good for bar service food at a hotel and will do the trick for an evening where you don’t feel like getting out - since there’s nothing really walking distance around this hotel unless you have a car.

Had the nachos here. Very reasonably priced. The food was excellent. I really enjoyed the amount of cheese on it. The chips were cooked to perfection. The extra toppings really sent the dish home. The bar tender here was excellent. She knew how to make a good drink that was mixed perfectly. Would highly recommend this place.

Went to check out their happy hour and to redeem our complementary appetizer. At the time when I went, Christine was the bartender. I ordered fries and a drink and closed out my tab. I then realized i had our appetizer to redeem and when i told her about it, she gave me grief. First off, if this is a tactic of getting a 5 start review, maybe make sure that all staff is aware of this. Christine definitely needs further training on customer service and making sure that every single person gets great customer service.

Can't read the website and no menu available in the room. Food is ordered through the front desk.

Service was fast, the wings, nachos, and onion rings were tasty and the drinks were stronger than typical Happy Hour.

Staying at the hotel I decided to eat takeout from the restaurant. I ordered the $20 Fish and onion rings. I was a bit disappointed.

It's not bad. Burger was good, juicy and nicely cooked with a little char just how I like it. "Taco Tuesday", though? Avoid it. It's premade taquitos stuffed with chicken or beans being passed off as tacos.

When staying at the Residence Inn Downtown Bellevue, you almost have no choice but to eat at RiVue, their on-site restaurant, because there are no other restaurants within walking distance. The signs and staff both say that the restaurant opens for dinner at 4pm, but this is false advertising because the chef does not arrive until 5pm. We arrived at 4:30 and were told that we could order, but nothing would come out of the kitchen until after 5:00. So, we came back at 5:15, and confirmed that the chef was there. We ordered burgers, and they were very good. The fries were good too. The waiter was friendly and gave us good service.

I stayed at the hotel for almost 2 weeks and ate at the restaurant three or four times. The food was good, the wine selection good, and the male and female bartenders that waited on me were very courteous! I will definitely be back next time I’m in Bellevue!
