I've been shopping at roadrunner sports in Bellevue for a long time. They have a great selection of shoes. My husband and I both came in looking for shoes today. Big shout out to Logan. He is amazing. He is always friendly and warm, he's extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Never gets flustered by how long it takes us and how many shoes we try oThank you, Logan!!

Bought shoes in December despite a very unpleasant experience with the sales person. She was rude and seemed bothered to even help. During checkout we talked about membership and I made it very clear that I currently have their free membership (have had it for many years) and am absolutely not interested in any of their paid memberships. 6 weeks later my credit card company notified me of a suspicious charge. Lo and behold it was for a Roadrunner VIP membership that I never signed up for. After calling Roadrunner headquarters in CA, they removed the charge right away. That they fixed it quickly and without any back and forth is the only positive thing I can say about my entire experience. I won't be going back to this store after this incident. 2 stars instead of 1 only because my last store visit a couple of years back was ok.

I was so excited to go to this store. I previously went to shoes and feet in bellevue. And, saw this place had more larger selection of sport shoes. parking was plenty. The store looks great the layout of all the shoes was easy to find what i was looking for. There was a few other people already there. I was not greeted as i walked in. Took me 10 mins of looking for some styles and finally there was a guy who walked around to people to check them in. after that i received a text of the waitlist notifying me i'm next in line. There was two people servicing the floor. a third female came and she finally helped me i told her my sizes and the styles i liked if she could find them for me to try on. She came back she gave me the boxes threw them down on the floor. and I said ok i'll try them on. she just left went to the next person to help. As i tried all 4 shoes they were all narrow. So i wanted to ask her or anyone to get wide size but after 5-10 mins of being ignored. I just left. After this left me wasted of time. I would never come back. Instead i went back to shoes and feet in bellevue. They may have fewer selections but their customer services in knowledge and recommendations is the best. unlike this place. I feel this place beside the plentiful parking and nice layout. Customer service is lacking and knowledge is lacking. perhaps it is different with their other locations i just don't see any reason to come back to a business that doesn't seem to want to help me find shoes that fit. I already picked the styles and i already provided shoes size. the only thing left was perhaps the fit.

Terrible service, long wait time, and overall a really unpleasant experience. We were helped by Sage, who told us "I guess this is your shoe size" and then quite literally threw our shoes at us. We also had to wait another 30 min to even check out at the cash register, as there was nobody there. We have been loyal customers of this location for years now...this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. Would NOT recommend.

Came in as a brand new runner to get fit for shoes running shoes for the very first time. I cycle and play basketball, and wanted to make sure I did everything to minimize risk for injury as I learn to run.Roadrunner was absolutely fantastic. Soon after I came, someone asked my name and said I could look around a few minutes while a sales rep became available. Zach was free a few minutes later, and took me a through a very thorough process to get fit for the right shoe - including examining my gait on the treadmill, 3D modeling my foot, examining my width, arches etc.He used their proprietary analysis to shortlist a few shoe recommendations. He was very patient as I tried on each shoe and very helpful in guiding me on how to help pick the right shoe for what I was looking for. He didn’t push anything, but really gave helpful insight on how to help me make my decision.He also was able to get me custom moulded insoles as well as a patellar tendinitis band to address some soreness I’ve had recently in my left knee.Overall, I was very impressed by Roadrunner’s process. Zach was a fantastic ally in helping my get to the right shoe. I left the store very happy with my choice and the process, and most importantly, very excited to start my running journey. Thanks Zach and Roadrunner !

Went to Road Runner Sports to buy a new pair of running shoes and Cameron assisted me with the Fit Finder process. He seemed very knowledgeable about all the shoes I asked about and I'm super happy with my new Brooks Glycerin running shoes! Great service and I found everything I needed. Thank you!

Two of us reached at 5.30 PM when the store closes at 6PM. I was asked to step on the machine to analyze, however my companion was told that it is too late and the process cannot be completed for them. It took <1 minute on the machine for me, and could have easily been done for my companion, but clearly there was a certain bias against them.If the store closes at 6PM and at 5.30 new customers are rudely told that they will not be entertained, maybe the store should close at 5.30 itself ? Terrible customer service experience, would not recommend this place. Definitely lost 2 sales that day. I was not going to buy shoes after my companion had to face such a dismissive attitude. We were out of the store by 5.40 given the behavior, 20 minutes before closing.If the owner wishes to reach out for the details, i would be more than glad to assist.

Excellent customer service. I enjoy shopping here- the staff actually know what they are talking about and are willing to show you many shoe styles and sizes without the pressure sales job.

Great shoes for the whole family!I love the personal approach the store employees take when working with the customers. They scan your feet for size, determine if you need stability shoes, make great recommendations tailoring them to your case, where you will be wearing these shoes, for how long, your preferences to the weight, if you had any injuries or have issues with the knees. And they find the pair you will be enjoying for a long time. Highly recommend this company.

I went to Road Runner Sports for a specific reason, which was the fitting experience. I wanted to find a new pair of running shoes that could offer me the support I was looking for but I didn’t know what my needs were. So I decided to take the test to figure out what shoe was gonna fit best. First they ask you what your goals are and what kind of foot/knee/back pain you suffer from. Then they make you walk/jog on a treadmill and they run a full analysis of your stride. After that they scan your feet with a 3D scale to get accurate measurements. And at the end you can get fitted for custom insoles and receive recommendations for shoes.If you join the VIP program you have the chance to walk/run in the shoes up to 90 days and return them if they don’t respond to your needs.My fit expert was Shailyn and she was extremely nice and patient throughout the entire time. She explained all the benefits of joining the VIP program clearly and I felt like she was really offering the best of her help during my visit.The shoes that I picked work perfectly for my needs and I cannot be happier.

Very helpful and informative every time I go. This is the only place I get my running shoes and their rewards program is amazing. Returns are easy with they reward / membership program too. If shoes don’t work after your purchase, they work to get you the perfect or close to perfect shoe.

These guys are the real deal! They took their time to assess my daughter’s gait and activity needs and offered up the right options from which to choose. They actually took a video of her running stride and had a computer app assess the right type of shoe for her fit. Very advanced. Both assistants were friendly and knowledgeable. Five Stars!

Beware of signing up for the VIP Rewards program. They make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership. Despite advertising on their website that there are VIP Rewards Experts standing by to help, it's not true. I called twice and was holding for 10+ minutes each time, and never managed to reach anyone. It's also not possible to cancel online via your account. They tell you to call the hotline, but again, no one picks up! Super super frustrating and a bad customer experience. I'll have to go into the physical store, which is not particularly close to where I live. This reminds me of seedy gyms that force you come in to cancel your subscription.

I came to this store because I'm having a lot of issues with my shoes and heard this would be a good way to customize my fit. It would be far more efficient than going into a warehouse type store and researching and trying on every shoe model they had. And honestly, sometimes I can't tell if a shoe is actually fitting correctly, so I was really looking forward to an expert fitting.My shoe issues have been causing great stress in my life. These issues include arch support, ankle stability, and what i believe is developing plantar fasciitis in my right sole; all of which, I had been assured, Roadrunner Shoes could expeditiously address.Unfortunately, my experience in your store only caused more stress as nobody even acknowledged my presence.A store like this is intimidating for someone who's never been to a place like this and the cold lack of reception only made the Roadrunner store feel even less welcoming.There was only one young lady working the sales floor, but they were helping another person, which is perfectly acceptable. However, they did not acknowledge me, nor did anyone else come to ask if I needed assistance. Another person did eventually appear on the sales floor but they also went to help the previous customer and failed to even look my way.I have no problem waiting but I do not appreciate that of the two workers I did see, neither of them even asked if I'd been helped or if I had any questions or even made an effort to assure me that someone would be with me soon.I felt incredibly unwelcome in the store, which is really tough because I need some high-quality shoes and was ready to buy. I left my house today with the intention of remedying my shoe issues but now I don't know where else to go to get the kind of specialized attention Roadrunner Sports tries to advertise to their potential customers.I've worked in customer service alot over my life and I've always lived by the 5x5 rule. Even if you are busy it takes very little effort to greet someone.I left after 10 minutes and will not be going back.

Beware of the premium membership fee! The sales associates will sign you up claiming that you won’t be charged for the fee. And why would you when you never signed anything or gave your credit card. Sneaky. When you make a purchase they must collect your card info. Borderline illegal. 12 months layer I was charged $40 for the premium membership. Fortunately my credit card company flagged it and sent me a new card.
