So I like to go jewelry shopping dressed down a bit - it really shows you what kind of person you're dealing with. The manager here, Michael, was incredibly standoffish and rude to me the second I walked in the door. He literally said "What do you want?" in a very dismissive tone and continued to be cold until he realized I knew what I was talking about, despite wearing jeans or whatever it was that made him judge me so harshly. There was no "Welcome in" or "How are you" or anything - incredibly rude, like I wasn't worth even a polite salutation.I'm seriously in the market to invest, but I will never give these people a cent of my money after that treatment. I compare every single jewelry store I walk into to Tiffany & Co, who let twelve-year-old me try on everything and even go into the diamond vault while being unfailingly professional and kind to a poor kid dressed in thrift store clothes. THAT'S the kind of service I'd expect from a high-end jewelry store. Not "What do you want?" without even a single greeting. I'd stay away from here.

Michael provided excellent service. He was very attentive and helpful while we worked through the options in choosing an engagement ring. I appreciated his ongoing communication while we waited for the ring to be finished. I would highly recommend this store and Michael to anyone in the market for an engagement ring!

The people at this store has disappointed us so much that we had to return the setting and diamond. Our engagement ring was purchased and resized a few times from the Seattle location, we love the ring and customer service so we believed in the brand. Unfortunately that location closed. So we went to the one in Bellevue. Let me tell you our experiences: - First, the guy at the first appointment was very impatient with my husband's multiple questions. He was just plain rude, but my husband was in a mission and he wanted to leave with a ring. So he purchased the setting and diamond. I also loved it when he showed it. - My husband came back to the store twice trying to get it put together and resize, but the people there refused to do it and asked to have me come in person. I have measured my finger, show them the tape as well as the drawing on the paper, and yet they were dumb AF, they couldn't do a google search to calculate the diameter from the circumference that I gave. Still demand him to bring the wife in, twice. Let me give you the formula ok? d = C/pi, there ! Middle school math at most! Or just go to google and plug in the numbers. We purchased the lifetime warranty, they said they didn't want to resize more than one. Really ? At this point, the ring hasn't even put together yet and has caused us so much distress that this ring, or any of their product isn't for us.

Do not buy a ring here! I recently went into the store just to take a look at some rings and beginning researching into what my options are. I told Michael multiple times I won't be buying anything that day but he just kept pushing to order now it sounded like I was going to die if I didn't order something right away. The prices are a joke they told me a lab grown 1.6ct oval diamond G color and VS1 clarity is $4k which is ridiculously overpriced. I bought a much better and bigger diamond off of Ritani.com for $950 and I'm having a local jeweler set it for me for 1/3 of the price that they charge. It's crazy how they are still in business. I also got the same exact setting for half the price at that jeweler. Robbin's brothers quote ~ $7000 What I paid for mine ~ $2500 Mine has a 1.78 ct oval VS1 clarity and F color

My husband bought the engaged ring here and i got a wedding ring here. 3weeks ago we went to the store to fix my wedding band also thinking to upgrade the engagement ring diamond bigger size..because it’s our 10 years anniversary. Unfortunately my happy memories became a horrible nightmare.The sales guy checked my husband’s information and came to us called me a different name. That was his ex-girlfriend’s name. Even he made a jokes “I hope I call the correct name and same person”.I hope - Robbins Brothers - need more careful when you guys talk with customers( couple). You are in the business of selling happiness and memories. Now I’m not happy with my rings and sooooo sad. I was super happy with my rings because they are beautiful, have a lot of good memories. They are more than rings and my 10 years marriage history. Sadly I will let them go.Please be really really careful what you say.

I can see why they have good reviews. I needed some service on my wife's Tacori ring. Hannah was kind, professional and helpful from the time I dropped it off until the time I picked it up including giving me updates. Highly recommend the store and Hannah if you are needing assistance.

Let's talk Turkey here for a minute. I got a 1.7k Diamond for $7500 and was told it was of the highest quality. Granted I needed to get married in a hurry this year (I won't go into why) but I should have done the research. The center cut was from robbins bros but the ring which I got at Leo Hammel was about $2,000 with trillions added to the sides. I got completely scammed out for the Diamond, which Leo Hammel told me I could have sized up for a 3k Diamond for the price I payed for it. Do yourself a favor, before dropping 10,000$ on a ring, do your bloody research and go to the right store. I am however happily married. Good service and Good atmosphere. 2/5 stars

I am very satisfied with my experience at Robbins Bros of Bellevue! Great store. Great atmosphere. Great fish tank, cared for by Aquarium Concepts. In all seriousness the associate who helped me pick out my wife's engagement ring and wedding band was a great guy and a big help. His name was Michael. He has 18+ years of experience in the jewelry business and he is definitely in a profession that suits him best. He made my experience fun and easy without feeling overwhelmed. We bought our engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from Robbins Brothers. We are so incredibly happy with the service from every location we have been to, especially the Bellevue branch. Everyone is very informative, honest, and you can feel secure in their policies because even the employees purchase from Robbins Brothers.Make sure to visit the store as soon as you are considering proposing because they rotate their selection, which is actually AMAZING because this has guaranteed that no one else has an engagement ring like mine! It is unique and feels like it was made just for me.When we went in for our wedding bands, they were considerate of our careers, lifestyles, and our personal styles. They assisted us in finding the perfect selection where we are confident that we will wear our rings (including my engagement ring) everyday of our lives and be more than satisfied!If you are a little unsure about whether or not to pay the little bit extra for the insurance policy - do it!Even though my ring sparkles and continues to just like the day he proposed (it never stops being shiny and pretty!), I work in Animal Care, and I love that I can get my ring cleaned whenever I want. Also, if I lose a diamond, THEY REPLACE IT FOR FREE! I just need to worry about the band, but I can also get my band resized as needed, which has happened. You can't beat that. We ring and priced shopped around, and we could not find a better option because it is ridiculous how amazing they are.We originally lived in California when we bought my engagement ring, and we have found locations literally everywhere, which gives us peace of mind that we can live anywhere and take care of our rings.Most importantly - if you are looking for an eco-friendly option and diamonds that are cruelty free - THIS is the place. They are honest about the whole process, and can you even tell that my diamonds are lab-grown? Nope.Choose Robbins Brothers.

We received great service from Michael with re-sizing our Tacori engagement ring recently. Despite some issues with a lack of communication from Tacori (a supplier to Robbins Brothers), Michael worked very hard to make sure my fiancee had her engagement ring in time for our wedding shower.

This is a very long review. And I want to start off saying I always had good experiences at their old Belltown location. And highly recommended them. Sadly those experiences are over. And I do not recommend them anymore! After not being able to get my rings off for over a year, we decided to have it cut off where the rings are from so they could fix it(instead of emergency cut off and damage the ring beyond repair). Which they told us to come back in a few months to get resized and fixed. Never mentioned possibly couldn't. Took longer then planned to get back, sadly to find out the other location was closed so ended up here. Brought my rings in, explained the situation. Was told very quickly didn't think either could be repaired, as rings "were old, and didn't work with that metal", would have jeweler look. But most likely a lost cause. Was also informed missing diamonds from where the ring was bent. I had no idea as they had lived in the box after they gave them back after the cut. I left trying not to cry, finding out that my rings couldn't be fixed was very shocking for me. They called to inform me neither could be fixed, to old, to damaged and won't work with the metal. The wedding band is from 2010 and platinum, the engagement ring is from 2015. Had to upgrade because the other one from them the prongs kept bending and dropping the Diamond. "When would you like to come in to look at new rings?" "We offer a Diamond upgrade". The whole experience here just felt like trying for a sale, and didn't care that I just wanted my rings fixed. I know this was a very emotional thing for me but with being in the wedding business it all felt very uncaring and more about a sale then the memories of my rings. I ended up taking my rings for a second opinion, that experience was a 100 times better. And was given a reasonable quote. Which is all I wanted from Robbins brothers.
