I paid for my classes but forgot to use a discount code that they emailed me. I called the next day and the gentleman I talked to, Erwin, gave me the discount and was very kind and polite. My mistake, but they still took care of me.

I purchased a CE package and then 2 days later received an email that I could use a code to get 25% off (doh!). Erwin Oyagon helped me by getting me a refund. It was a painless experience and I was very happy to get some cash back.

Erwin provided me a really good orientation and service. Only one suggestion to Rockwell Institute, they should charge less fees when a student decide to extend the online course.
