Worst experience ever. Will never go back to this store again. There is only one fit room with a long line. Other fit rooms remain close. The so called store supervisor is rude to customer with no respect.

VERY EMPTY store, and the rest is overpriced, unfortunately! I wonder if it’s due to theft or just lack of items in stock. This store used to be much better before.. :/ The “good old Ross” days with lots of affordable options seemed to be gone.

I was there today 01-04-24 and found some sweatpants size small and xs for my daughter, and a exercise 4lbs pink ball for me! And other cool stuff! This place is nice and very clean. Today they were wiping all the shelf and that makes me happy to know that they all have an amazing manager on site! I would like to suggest to add more items to the empty shelf. Thank you

I stepped into this Ross the other day and watched a girl steal a pile of clothes in the store. No one tried to stop her and only one person from staff was able to take the cart that was now half empty. I saw that the racks of clothes were almost empty and I know why now... There was no security on duty and most Ross's that I have been to do. That was the most unsafe situation I witnessed. Not a fan of this store. There has to be better management or security. Seems really unsafe. My boyfriend had to stop me from putting some sense into this woman. I don't recommend bringing your kids to this location. This place seems like a hotspot for theft. Good luck finding what you need in there.
