I came here as a recommendation by another shop I had gone to, in the area. I was dealing with my Kia being stolen for the 4th time and just needed to get it well taken car of. Mathew was a saving grace, and so kind and funny. He made the whole situation feel so much less stressful. Since then, I have brought a new(used) car in for inspections and sent his contact info to others. I'm sure he'll want to retire soon but not if I can help it!

I came in with my new (used) car that had a problem with a bent strut / negative camber. Matt and his team fixed my car so perfectly I'm definitely not going anywhere else! When I came to pick my car up, Matt and I were joking about cars and mechanical problems and generally having good rapport. Thank you again for fixing the problem so well! I'll definitely be seeing Matt and his team again if I have ever car trouble again!

My new place for auto repairs! I had an issue with a strange sound coming from the backend of my car when I went over a bump. After two different shops couldn't find the problem, I was directed to try Sa-Go from a reference at a nearby body repair shop. Mathew got me in and found the problem within minutes. It turned out to be the emergency-brake cable, which he showed me and explained. He fixed it and had me back driving within the hour. Problemed solved. This is my new shop.

Been going to Mathew for almost 10 years and referred other people and not one has ever had a bad experience. Honest mechanic, very transparent on pricing and options, and EXCELLENT at what he does. Solid shop. If your car needs repair or maintenance, can't go wrong.

I've been taking my vehicles to Matthew (owner of Sa-Go) for over a decade now. He's thorough and his quality is top notch. I bought a used minivan for travel while I nomad for a bit. I knew it would need some mechanical work done and Matthew got things top notch. I left on my trip to Denver, Oklahoma City, and Phoenix before returning to Washington State with peace of mind because of Matthew's work.

I messed up my front axle on my pro master city van and the dealership quoted me an insane amount and said it would be month or longer to get parts and fixed. My girlfriend had seen Matthew before here and recommended I come see him. Matthew is super helpful and very nice and knowledgeable and ended up saving us more than half the price and got my van done in half the time. I definitely recommend him for any of your vehicle repairs.

Have use these guys several times, both for my two vehicles and my adult daughters vehicle. These guys may be a little bit direct, but they are very capable. This is a shop from the past where the text know what they're doing and can solve unique problems. At least once, they told me what my issue was and actually started to fix and handed back to me to further diagnose and no charge. Believe they can do just about anything related to a car that makes sense; not sure if they want to get involved in oil changes and tire rotations though. These are the right guys for diagnostics and repairs.

When I discovered my car had been broken into for a hot-wire attempt, I didn't know where to turn. I was so cared for by the experts at Sa-Go Auto. From start to finish, my experience was actually fun (!) because Matthew and the team were so friendly and responsive, and the work was excellent. I'm so grateful I went to Sa-Go for my auto repair.

43 FIVE star reviews says it all. Matthews customers LOVE him! He jokes, he teases, but at the end of the day? They know they can TRUST him to provide excellent service at a fair price. If you want to deal with a guy who doesn't remember your name and never smiles...you should take your car elsewhere. As an outside sales rep that has called on Sago Auto weekly for the last 12 years, it's clear to me that he is beloved (and trusted) by every customer I've ever chatted with in his waiting room. Matthew's got your back...I just can't say enough good things!
