Had my windshield replaced there. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with professionalism and friendliness. I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. They called me with all the updates. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you

Do not go to Safelite.TL;DR - They are shortstaffed, disorganized, uncommunicative, and do not honor warranty work or fix vehicles they damage in the course of normal windshield replacement.I had my windshield reparied in July '23 in which the cowl to my windshield was broken and not mentioned to me. Discovered the broken windshield cowl it when the windshield leaked during a heavy rainstorm, leaving 2" of water inside my car which I had to spend several days cleaning up and drying out.Went back to the Bellevue Safelite where the original repair was done, and they agreed that this was a warranty repair. Arrived for my appointment, waited for 3 hours past my appointment time only to be told that they did not have the correct part and would need to come back after it had been ordered and arrived.Tried contacting them several times over the course of the last three months for an update or confirmation that the part was in, understanding that they were brining people in from out of state as they were very short staffted. I drove 30 minutes to the location twice to see if there was progress as the voicemail system does not get you to a human, and I was hung up on every time I called or booted from the automated system as "there is nobody available to take your call".It has now been three months, I still have not heard that the part is in for my vehicle, and at this point I believe that they are puposefully not honoring the warranty for the damage they did to my car so I'll have to pay another company to fix it.

Super long wait times and they still might not even repair your window. SMH, go anywhere else.

I've been a long-time customer of Safelite, but my recent experience at this particular location in Bellevue was absolutely horrendous. I had to reschedule the appointment 2 TIMES because they kept ordering the wrong glass. All three times, I arrived for an early 8 AM appointment, and 2 hours later, they tell me they needed to order the right glass, and that it's 'on the truck' and will be there by Noon. ALL. THREE. TIMES. On the 2nd VISIT, after telling me the glass was 'on the truck', they actually told me an hour later that the glass they ordered was wrong, but that they could get right windshield installed if they could keep the vehicle till 6 PM! On the 3RD VISIT (the 2nd reschedule) they assured me this time it was the right glass, but when the job was done and I went to receive the vehicle, they HAD INSTALLED THE WRONG WINDSHIELD... the manager just flat out lied to me! And when I questioned him about it, he told me to leave his store! Unbelievable! I tell ya... if you like being treated like dirt, enjoy being lied to, relish having your time wasted, and love having your windshield repair totally botched-up, then this is definitely the glass shop for you!!

The service was good, when the service technician handed the car after replacing windshield was nice. The waiting area needs improvement, better seats, the mini fridge was empty of complement drinks.

They did an awful job repairing my chip, do not use them! The chip doesn’t look repaired and they were very sloppy with the resin and left blobs of it over other parts of the windshield

I won't go back. They broke the trim around my window and didn't say anything to me. I inspected it at home and noticed the obvious damage due to the fact that it had tape on the tabs holding it down. I brought it back. They said it was an easy fix and after a few minutes of waiting I went out to find the technician attempting to glue the tabs back ONTO my car. I informed them this wasn't acceptable and told them to just replace the broken trim part. They did, but it is aftermarket and has poor fitment. This entire ordeal took 3 visits to conclude. Finally, within 6 months of replacement the new glass cracked as a result of a very tiny rock chip and needed replacement - been driving for 30 years and have never seen a tiny divot chip (not a star chip) cause an entire window to crack. Seems that whatever aftermarket glass they use is garbage. Waste of time and money, thanks Safelite!

Terrible quality of work and craftsmanship. Ruined paint on three different body panels of a car that only had 10k miles on it. Was assured manager would be in contact and never heard from them. The damage is entirely understandable given the insane workload this location experiences and I would never fault the company had they made things right and did anything to fix it. You are better of going to any other Safelite location in the state, just look at the reviews. Really disappointed the manager of this location never responded to me.UPDATE 3/12/24: Still no call/text/email from Safelite but the photos in this review have now been viewed 10,000 times. Glad your craftsmanship is easily seen Safelite.

Not the best experience at this Bel Red location. What it should be a 3 hour appointment, turned into a 2 day appointment. The staff is disorganized, scheduling non existent. Other customers were also very displeased.

Do not go to Safelite! !!! Worst customer service!! I made an appointment a month ago and dropped off my car in the morning yesterday. I was promised it would be done by 5pm. I told them ok because I have an appointment to go to by 6pm. They reassured me. At 2:47pm I called Safelite and the female receptionist said its not done yet and they'll call me when it's done but said it'll be done by 5pm. I called at 4:48pm. Receptionist said it's in the PROCESS of being done and it'll be done at 5pm. So I went to pickup the car at 5:23pm and to my surprise the car hadn't been worked on at all!! NOT AT ALL! They LIED to me!! I wasted the whole day waiting. Omar, the manager, did not apologize for the lying. He did not apologize for the delay. He said we can work on it now and it'll be done at 8pm. He was rude and said it is All State's fault for sending so many clients to them. I said you lied to me. If you told me the truth, I would have considered rescheduling. I did not understand why they led me on like that. I wasted my whole day. I made the appointment one MONTH ago and so Safelite should of known how many clients they had scheduled for the day. The conversation with Omar was absurd. I am never going back there and please do not go there.

Went there for a rock Chip Appointment. The person at the front desk told me it would be 30 to 45 minutes. It TOOK 2 Hours. After 2 Hours I Asked Him if my Truck was ready. He Checked for the Paper and said it was Not ready. I Said what is That on your Desk. It was my Paper Work. I will Not Recommend this Place to anyone. It was the Bellevue Location.

I got a small chunk taken out of my windshield by some debris. I was able to book an appointment first thing Monday morning for a repair; convenient to book online, my car was seen right away, and I was out within an hour. The chip was a little complicated to repair, so it wasn't a perfect cosmetic fix, but it is structurally sound which is fine for what I paid.

Took my Honda for windshield replacement on a Saturday. I recommend getting an early appointment to make things happen quickly. I took a 730 appointment and waited in the lobby. I was informed that it may take 3 hours. I was informed by the technician promptly after calibration was done and everything was smooth.
