Does it normally taking 24h to prepare my prescription?
My prescription was ordered 8am and I went to pharmacy 7pm, they said it it not ready and it would take 40 min to prepare, or come back tomorrow.
They are sucks like they don't care if you should take your medication or not.
AVOID sent your prescription there!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in a pharmacy. Doesn't elaborate when asked about delays on insulin, and blamed my insurance provider. When verified with insurance, turns out the pharmacy was getting a claim payout authorization, then changing the prescription from name brand to generic and then blaming the insurance for delays, rather than filling the name brand. Every time I inquired, I was given excuses as to how it was insurance or my doctor's issue and not theirs. Would give 1 star if they worked in any industry other than the American healthcare hellscape. Don't expect anything other than the absolute basic function of a pharmacy. Would not trust any of them with product or prescription information or recommendations. All trust lost and will be losing me as a customer. The only reason I still shopped at any Safeway was the closest proximity of this pharmacy, this will be the final nail in the coffin for the overall brand.

This pharmacy deserves a way better rating than what it has now! I transferred all my prescriptions from Walgreens to here, and honestly the service and efficiency in this pharmacy are 100% better than Walgreens in NE 24th. The staff here are friendly, helpful, patient and professional. Every time I call, they’re very polite and welling to help or answer my questions. Now I have convinced my family members to use this pharmacy as well. I have never waited here for more than 15 minutes for pickup, most of the time when I come I can pickup right away. If I was in Walgreens, I would probably wait 15 days or even longer, and btw Walgreens never pick up the phone. I really appreciate everything they do in this pharmacy.

Generally good. But this time since my prescription is for something otc, they think I should just buy it there and did not prepare it. Have to go there tomorrow again and then catch the flight. Why these things have to happen all at once! Did I mention that even if it’s otc, it’s cheaper buying with prescription rather than buying ourselves.

Sandeep is amazingly kind and super helpful always. Honestly, thank you.Anton, tries to do the very least possible to help and is not kind or supportive in any way. I try to avoid even having to interact.The difference is profound.

I came in on the day before Thanksgiving so they seemed a bit overworked, but I was able to pick up my prescriptions and they were holding up with poise and professionalism.

I currently get one prescription filled here that my health insurance refuses to pay for. I use Goodrx as Safeway accepts it and the cost is lower than other pharmacies.This Safeway Pharmacyoffers great service. I highly recommend them.
