Do not waste your money here or at any other Sallys beauty supply! I purchased several products off of uber and attempted to return them they are unopened and unused. The store that delivered my items didn't include a copy of the receipt from sallys. I have a valid receipt from uber showing purchase and my bank statement and brought the items in to the store to return. They refused to refund me even though I had a valid receipt and their return policy on their website states they have to refund me for my online purchase even if its through a 3rd party within 30 days as long as the products or damage d and unused which mine were. I called the store that processed my order they said that it wasn't showing in their system. I have proof of my money being drawn out the exact products I ordered and a receipt from uber proving my purchase and they refused to help me. I contacted uber and their instructions were to contact the merchant which is sallys and show them my uber receipt and I explained to them I was in store doing just that and was being refused a refund and they said their was nothing they could do to help. So both Sallys and Uber are violating my consumer rights by not following through with their return policies and by not including my other receipt and faulting me for it. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE OR ON UBER!!!!!!!

Good selection especially for people with sensitive scalp. My mom has eczema and hyper sensitive to perm solution and color dye. They have plant based products that are gentle and effective. The staff is also pleasant and helped me select the right product. Price is reasonable and they run promotions frequently.

The young woman working when I came in earlier this week was so so so helpful and knew so much about bleaching and toning hair. I appreciated her patience and support as I navigate this process for the first time. I got some conditioning and protein masks as well, and my hair is feeling even better than when I last went to a professional. (The employee has a scar on her chin- thank you for helping me, my hair looks awesome!)

There is a nasty Indian person who work the register here. I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with her on two different occasions and both times she acted grumpy and self righteous. She is very opiated about what items she wants customers to buy and try’s to upsell. When I went back to return unused and hardly used items, she inspected them destroying the packaging and holding them up to the light. Then she said she makes up her own return policy. The policy on the receipt doesn’t apparent apply here…
Don’t go to this store. I’m not sure why someone so nasty works in customer service.

I visited the store seeking help for my brassy hair. One of the staff members confidently recommended and sold me a blue shampoo. Now, my hair looks even worse. It’s incredibly frustrating that they would recommend a product without being true experts, risking their customers' satisfaction and appearance. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

I honestly have mixed feelings. I've been helped here before by employees who really know what they're talking about and recommended the perfect toner for my hair, as well as giving me advice as how to use it. But my most recent experience makes me feel like it's hit-or-miss, and that sometimes the employees will just act like they know what you should use, rather than admit they do not know. This time I went, I was convinced to buy a toner I wasn't so sure about, but she convinced me and it literally turned out the opposite of what I was looking for. I have bleached hair that is very light, probably a level 8 in mid-lengths to a level ten on the ends. I told her I wanted to zap the brassy orange near my roots, and just take the twinge of yellow out of my lengths to achieve a butter blonde. Well, she recommended me a medium beige blonde with gold in it and assured me that it would zap the orange without turning my ends blue. Obviously, she did not know what she was talking about. Because I ended up with slightly less orange in my roots, a light brown edging on blonde in the middle, and gray ends, and gray streaks here and there. All of my hair was darkened by at least 4 levels. I had originally picked out a pearl blonde toner, but she told me it probably wouldn't take to my roots and said that it wasn't available anyway, even though I had ordered it ahead.. Anyway, I normally use Wella Color Charm T18 or T14, but I end up with blue on my ends. But yeah, medium beige blonde. It's definitely not a light butter blonde and no one should be using that on hair lighter than a level 6, unless you want to significantly darken it. I should have listened to my instincts but she seemed to know what she was talking about. I would really prefer if the employee does not know what they're talking about to just admit it. I would never hold it against them. Thankfully they do have the return policy, but I really didn't have time to go all the way back there, and i'm also going to have to spend extra money on color stripper. There's no shame in not knowing the answer. But to act like you know, and then give me the worst possible choice just to get me to hurry up and buy something so you can go on to the next person is not okay. The first two pictures are right after I bleached, no toner. The last picture is after the disaster of T27, and 5 rounds of clarifying shampoo, lime juice, and dish soap. Honestly, the picture makes it appear a lot lighter than it really is. I finally accomplished a great bleach job at home and proceeded to ruin it immediately. My advice is to do your own research extensively and trust your own instincts. Because the advice you get may be great, or it may be completely wrong.

One of the rudest managers I've encountered in a store. I won't be returning to this location.

Worked here a few years ago, had a lovely experience with the manager and other staff. Would have liked more hours but not a bad job. Corporate manager did hire a dental assistant because they were friends and she did not know what she was talking about but I’m sure this happens everywhere.

I came in here looking for recommendations for my dried uneven brassy/yellow tones balayage. There was a young woman with long black hair that helped me find what I needed to tone it and help with moisture in my hair. ?I really appreciate her because now my hair is back to good! I highly recommend this Sally’s!! They also have good deals going on, affordable but salon results!?
Products: wella permanent toner shade T35 beige blonde, wella cream developer, brush, beyond the zone heat protectant, and sauce hair mask!

Horrible service. We waited in line while the employees chatted and talked and counted their penny’s… they greeted the person who walked in while we were waiting then went back to ignoring us. We put our nail polish back and left.No stock either.
