Horrible service. We waited in line while the employees chatted and talked and counted their penny’s… they greeted the person who walked in while we were waiting then went back to ignoring us. We put our nail polish back and left.No stock either.

Talk about horrible service. I stood around nearly 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone who could help me with polishes. Manager made eye contact with me and ignored me. Only when I started to just open polishes to look at the color did she acknowledge me. Keep in mind I was not swatching but merely looking at the colors.There is a clear sign that says “No tester polishes. Please ask us to swatch polishes.” Which is what I was waiting for. When she told me not to open the polishes, I asked for her help then to swatch and she said that wasn’t allowed and I would have to PURCHASE, then swatch. But wouldn’t be allowed to return because it was used.Horrible manager and customer service.

This store in Bellevue has no clue what they are doing or advising especially one of the employee who is Indian. I called to ask for Ardel Red/Gold color corrector plus which comes in a purple packet. She assured me they have it. Went in and didn't have. Told me I was having a bad day and walked away. Before walking away she told me the other packet she was talking about is the same product. She has no idea what the hell she was talking about. My hair is dyed blonde but after her advise my roots are now a gingery brown which I have been trying to stay away from. Stay away from this Sally in crossroads, Bellevue. They are rude and have no knowledge.I will be going to the one in Renton from now on. The staff are alot friendlier and give good advise.

I came here to pick up an online order. It was ready on time, but I thought the item I received didn't look like what I had ordered. I even asked about it but was told it was correct, so I thought perhaps the packaging had changed. After, I took a quick look around the store to see what other items they had and in the process found the correct item. I showed the gal at the register my receipt which also had a photo of the item I had ordered vs what I received and asked if I could just swap them since they were the same price. I thought it'd be a quick transaction. Instead, I was told that neither a return, swap nor exchange could be done without the manager, who was on break... I had to get to work but was repeatedly assured that the manager was just a minute away ... about 40 minutes later, the manager came and before processing the exchange, she scolded me because I came during her break and also scolded me because her staff member was new and not yet trained to address this issue. The scolding vs apology for the mistake and long wait was a bit off-putting on top of everything else. All that aside, the store was clean, well-stocked, organized, prices are good and the gal helping me was very kind despite the situation, but I do wish things could have been resolved faster and I certainly did not appreciate being scolded for something that was not my fault.

Definitely stop in, if you're looking for quality customer service, and decent products at reasonable prices. I didn't get the girl's name who assisted me today - perfect knowledge and I can tell, customers return due to location, service, and obviously a availability- that seems to be the excuse of MANY other stores, that they're out of stock due to supplier issues- not here!It's nice to just be waited on, and feel like they care.

I've had good experiences with some people here. Darcy is really nice and so helpful. But the store manager is rude! She brought up another customer in front of me when i was waiting in line to pay, and then had a long conversation in which she offered the customers daughter a job (?), and the other customer had to apologize for her. Like the manager acted like it didn't even happen. Might start going to the Kirkland store instead.

Lack of customer service. Lady at the register with pink hair closed the doors with 5 minutes left. If they say they close at 7 and close their doors on a customer at 6:55 that's not good customer service. I could see if I'm just loitering in the store past closing hours but I knew exactly what I needed and could of been out before 7pm. The lady wouldn't even come to the door or anything just "shoo'd" me away. This is the 3rd time they have done this . Pretty frustrating smh

Used to be a regular at this location but just had an upsetting phone call. It’s currently 6:38 pm and according to google they close at 8. I called twice, first time they never even picked up, second time the girl was extremely rude and didn’t even let me finish my sentence before stating they were actually closed? Then she hung up on me. I was nothing but nice to her in the ten second phone call we had. I work in customer service and know that this is not how you treat customers in the slightest.

I have taken my time to go out here twice in the last week. Once today at 430 and once a few days ago at 6. Both times they were supposed to be open till 7 and both times they had a sign taped up saying they were closed

They close on Sunday at 6pm and would not let me in the store at 5:40. Yes I know very close to closing time but they clearly closed the store early and we’re laughing inside at me which was very rude

Arrived 20 mins prior to closing and the store was closed. Sign on the door clearly said closes at 6, 5:40 and it was dark and locked up.

I had a very hard day. I was on the verge of sitting down somewhere on the sidewalk and crying. But I had two children with me who needed attention. When I entered the store, one of the staff helped me quickly find what I was looking for and then distracted my kids with games while I finished shopping. She brought stickers and coloring books and was ready to sit on the floor with them. I am very grateful to her for her responsiveness and willingness to help. She didn't treat me like a crazy mom with two kids. It's very supportive. Thanks!
