I went in for a haircut and Stephanie was amazing! She is brilliant at what she does and is a such a cheerful vibe. I had really long hair and chopped it short! She kept mentioning little details while styling and consulted at each step. I was so

Heidi W always does a fantastic job with my hair! The staff is always nice, the place is clean and tidy. Parking can sometimes be a bit difficult but it's well worth it.

I have been a client of Olga for many years. Lately also my mom became a client. The level of service used to be high but now it has dramatically declined. Every time I get my hair done it gets more expensive but the result in my hair is three different colors. The worst is for my mom. Her hair was done really bad and instead of fixing it, Olga refused and treated us very bad. She did not refund us and she did not acknowledge the mistake she made. She blocked us on Instagram.She said she was not going to be the colorist for us any longer. I am disappointed to be treated this way after I even sustained her during Covid. My friend said the same thing that she even made a mistake on hair cuts.Everyone makes mistakes. We all have hard days. I would just appreciate it to acknowledge that and fix the mistake for customers

Best hair guru ever! I'm almost 40 and have been getting highlights, balayages and color since I was 16 and I am so lucky to have found Heidi. She is incredibly talented and I was reluctant to rave about her because I selfishly don't want her to be further booked out than she already is! But now than I am, I must shout out that her cuts are just as amazing as her color services!

Stopped in today just to check it out and look at prices for a haircut ; and they took me in (due to the stylist being ahead of schedule)! My stylist was Mari and she was so sweet and my hair feels SO HEALTHY! She was very intricate with her cuts and I REALLY appreciated that. A lil pricey (but it’s Bellevue and Bellevue has ridiculous rent for businesses so it’s understandable). She took into account how I part my hair on a daily basis and I feel no other stylist has been able to really succeed in doing so. Will definitely be back!!
