Don't appreciate the glitch of the automatic update that wiped my notes and completely disorganized my pictures now I can't have albums everything is clumped together in one box and there's absolutely no way to fix it very frustrating if fixing glitches causes more glitches maybe work on your tech department or leave things how they are quit pushing to change things all the freaking time it's annoying. I didn't buy this phone to own it only to have a company push advertisement and marketing techniques and their own customization to a device That's what Android is all about right I have it designed the way I want it. Changing the way things look and work all the time is very inconvenient. I will most likely be looking into getting a different phone. I really like Samsung but I don't like things being constantly erased and changed with forced updates.

Shame on you Samsung. Your ad for the new Galaxy encourages “battling bosses in between meetings with bosses”? This is exactly what is wrong with society. Promoting gaming in between meetings? Seriously? Re-think your ad campaign!!! I had a kid nearly get into a serious accident because he was “battling bosses in between meetings!” This ad made me sick to my stomach! Never again will I buy a Samsung device. I will also encourage everyone I know to buy another brand! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

What can I say? I work here and, as far as work goes, i love it. The employees are friendly and make coming in enjoyable.Note: This isn't a repair store. It's a corporate building and that's it. They don't do repairs.

We purchase a Samsung TV this year at Costco Costco and they only have a 3 month warranty and our TV has a green line going through it in less than a year Be careful, would not purchase from Costco and Samsung.Mark White

I will NEVER buy another Samsung product…Our fridge is completely under warranty (less than a year old) and has had several issues. We were told they are no longer making parts and they have tried forcing a Samsung credit down our throat for weeks. We have spent hours and hours jumping through their hoops to get our money back (which we are legally entitled to) and they have now offered a cash refund of less than what we paid for the fridge. It is the absolute worst customer service and company we have ever delt with. We have been hung up on many, many times. We have been refused assistance many times. We have no one we can contact to address our issues. We are helpless short of filing a lawsuit… its just insanity. And we wonder why the mental health of this country is collapsing…? What goes around… comes around…

they will bend you over without lube and then give you the complete run around without any resolution. you'll be lied to and hung up on by their overseas call center. so hopefully your order gets filled completely the first time. otherwise good luck and godspeed

It's sad it's going downhill, I use to brag about them.1Tablets should all have QI charging by now. I waited end up buying the Amazon tablet cause it is Qi.2Phones & tablets; Plz stop forcing apps on us, DeX, Bixby, samsung browser, let us turn them off or uninstall. Group message limit to 10 is ridiculous. If apple allows it! ur sub par. At least allow us to get out leave group messaging if the author adds more then 10 to the group..Your losing a over 30 loyal customer, I even consider getting a iPhone 13, and I'm not their fan.

I guess I get to add my single star review to many others... We purchased a refrigerator and oh what a mistake. Within two weeks it began to make loud rattling noises which got progressively worse. Just a few weeks after delivery we called for service. The level of the fridge was adjusted and we were told the noise would go away. Nope. We called again. Another visit. Still no solution. It took five service visits and a month (two in one week) for it to be deemed unrepairable. They tried to give us another fridge of the same model. Why would we want another piece of junk?? After calling a total of 11 times and being on hold for up to one hour forty minutes, jumping thru, over, and around uncountable hoops our refund was finally approved. It took five more weeks to actually receive the refund. Their customer service STINKS (and I'm being nice) so save yourself lots of grief and buy another brand.

I ordered a washer and a dryer in February with the expected delivery date to be mid March. I still have not received it. They keep rescheduling without reason. This last time they cancelled the delivery without any head up.
