Diesel fuel only; boat fuel for boats. Don't believe Google maps that this is a gas station if you are trying to fill up your car with unleaded. Unfortunately this was the closest "gas station" to my location. This fuel dock does NOT have an attached gas station.I am editing this review from 2 stars to 3 stars since I did not come here with a boat, and it does say "fuel dock". But I was not able to get what I needed here since there was no attached gas station and my car does not run on diesel nor electric, and they have no gas pumps nor unleaded gasoline.

I took my boat into Newport twice to have carburetor work done on my boat. Both times they kept it for six weeks saying that they were working on it, and they said they could reproduce and fixed the problem. They did not fix the problem and did nothing but waste my time and money. Use the boat repair service of this company as a last resort only. I wish I could give them a negative review.

We have been really happy with the service at Seattle Boat Company - especially from Elizabeth McPhail. She has actually sold us 2 new boats in the last 2 years. She was very helpful in educating us in the selections, updating us with the order, and helping get us some additional items that Malibu forgot to include. She makes the difference and is the reason why we keep coming back. Elizabeth in finance was also amazing, and the delivery with Tommy was great too!

Is there a negative review I can give. This is suppose to be the best since they are one of the only Malibu Dealerships in western WA. My boat is still not fixed and they are still giving me the run around after 1.5 yrs- Greasy Parts on Leather / no remorse- No water test after huge crash- Water still gushes in where the inlet / around the pully- Boat almost drowned, family and friends at risk- Rubber rail around the boat was hit after I have dropped off the boat after accident- Pushing out scheduled timing - Still not fixed and no remorseMy boat after someone ran into me and my girlfriend under 520 bridge got a lot of water coming in the engine bay area, smoke and no ability to go beyond 4 knots. After a dramatic event of not knowing if we will survive or make it to sure, here is what Seattle Boat Bellevue told an insurance adjuster: "Think he got hit on a trailer on the highway"Boat was not ready for pick up and greasy parts were left on boat. Only thing they were worried about was taking it to long term storage.- Rubber rail around the boat was hit after I have dropped off the boat after accident. There are before and after picture. I am not sure if they never put the rail back correctly of if it was hit again possibly forkliftNo water testing after the dramatic event and main thing is to be safeThis year after less than a total of 1 hour being out, as soon as the boat was heavy with tanks filled and you start to pick up speed, lots of water smashes around the fly wheel by the engine. They have replaced the inlet water hose but never pressure tested.I had to pull the boat out and they gave me a 3 week time within to test in water if I park in Kirkland or marina in water. - I moved all my meetings around as the estimated time they gave me was between 9am and 4pm- They keep insisting I shouldnt be there- I told them exactly if you fill the 3 tanks, drop the wedge to immitage heavy weight, which wakeboarding boat should do, lots of water with high pressure right after the inlet sprays on the fly wheel- Same day they said they couldnt make it and running behind, since I had moved all my things I persisted that they at least take a look- They never even untied the boat and say its heater core- Boat has never been pressure tested in waterI put my family and friends at risk, boat almost sand and that is on them for not testing even after I told them with a quick test that bildge does not turn off and seems like water still come inThey are trying to deny any responsibility and want to say its a diff issue- Error codes that boat threw are recorded in the computer and my phone they are still the same- They never even checked the error code as they had no idea what I was referring to- Run around to me as they are busy and they never did their job properly and put me and family at riskWhen I asked they are supposed to be the best how do they leave greasy parts on boat and no water test they mentioned "Well, we're not the best" is that your answer to leaving greasy parts on the leatherFinally guy named William Sims told me he could understand what if that could happen to his family. Service Mgr was even accusing me until i mentioned I have the error codes of when the accident happened and what error codes was thrown again this time and they are the same. Disgusting service no remorse for peoples like only $Worst experience ever between auto and any boat shop. I will be continuing to evangelize about this.More pictures to come

You have one job. Have the gas for the boats on hand so people like me can stop & fill up so we don’t run out of gas on the water. Unfortunately, you failed in that charge today. The pumps were out of fuel when I stopped there, and after being turned away, I ran out of gas trying to make it home. Was I pushing the tank a little further than I should have? Probably… but you expect a fuel dock to have fuel.I will say the other 2-3 times I’ve been here, the service was friendly, so I’ll give them two stars instead of one, but gas stations need to have gas.Good samaritans who stopped & gave me a tow get 5 stars.

Everyone has been incredible at Seattle Co, however a special shout out to Brittany and Jesse and giving extra efforts to show true pride and care. My boat is taken care of better than I could do personally, which says alot! They treat your property as their own. Know when you partner with Seattle Boat Co, you are in the best of hands with this top notch crew. Look forward to seeing y'all next season!
