Seldens is my go-to furniture store. The sales people are great and so helpful. Everyone from the greeter to the delivery people are pros. For our recent purchase, Lori was wonderful to deal with. If there’s an issue, they’re right on top of it. Highly recommend!

Receptionist was rude to my kids. Need to be trained on how to talk to customers. However, the sales lady was professional and helped us navigate through the store based on our needs.

We worked with Nadine and she has gone above and beyond to help us get samples and run through different options for sectionals. She’s also been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and we would definitely recommend working with her to find furniture in the future!

Working with Elizabeth our designer has been fantastic. She has gone over and beyond expectations for my elderly aunt who needed new decor.She communicated very well and was very respectful and patient with my aunt.She is very talented and was able to assess the situation and put together excellent choices to choose from for new decor. The Stickley cocktail table I purchsed was fully wrapped when I arrived to pick up (Selden's was unable to delivery when I needed). Upon arrival at home, unpacked to find a gouge in the tabletop. So...called, they offered to buff a showroom sample and bring it to me to exchange it out on the subsequent Saturday.I changed tickets whilst overseas, to fly home early to make that appointment happen on our agreed upon delivery date.Arrived home, called to confirm only to hear "oh sorry...our guy got sick, I thought they called you...should have it next week. Excuses consisted of "tried to call but mailbox was full etc,", "didn't have your email" didn't have other tel, etc. No missed calls, no message, no text, no email (despite receiving my invoice via email). Given my two mobile phones, text, whatsapp, messenger, telegram, wechat, 3 email addresses, and traditional USPS mailbox, seems unlikely the claimed attempt was legitimately made.Update: I do appreciate the follow up, of course tbd - if things do get resolved this week. Hopefully they do. Guess 1 can go to 2 pending actual performance.Update 2: Well, the third time was a charm, Selden's went out of their way to correct the issue, and compensate me, much appreciated. I'd still like to have had everything work the first time. Doesn't seem like a stretch to just have an undamaged item the first time, or have the appt kept the 2nd time, but they did try after the initial 2 failures and corrected everything. I think I can give an average score of 3. Thank you,

I’ve purchased several pieces from Seldens over the years, most recently over the 2022 holidays. My salesperson is amazing—great with ideas and follow-up. The delivery people, however, are just exceptional. They call when they say they will call and come when they say they will come. They also take such care with your furniture and your house and have always been unfailingly kind, even to my nosey hound and curious child who try and “supervise.” Takes the stress out of the whole experience.

Amazing selection. Furniture shopping, Fun? The pros at Seldens make it fun and informative. Quality furnishings for our home with the assistance of designers, no hassle delivery, white glove service, great customer service. We had a wonderful experience and so enjoy our furniture everyday.

Seldens Furniture is a very reputable store. We purchased a sofa over 2 years ago and were experiencing problems with the sofa. Selden allowed use to return the sofa and got a full credit towards a new sofa. The designer that was assigned to us to select another sofa was very professional and courteous and allowed us to take our time selecting a new sofa. She did not rush us and suggested we also look around to make sure that is what we wanted and were satisfied with our selection. She was able to show us several options and color as well as different materials to pick from. At no time did we feel rushed in our selection of our new purchase. The designer actually encouraged us to look at all the options before making a decision. We are very pleased with the service we received at Seldens and our new purchases. We highly recommend Seldens.
