It’s a nice store in a great location. Try not to go there on weekends, unless you are picking up your online order or just want to try on some make up. Lines are super long, I usually have not desire to spend time waiting. I added photos of some of my favorite products. They finally have the

I had a beauty lesson 75-$75 one with T, she said her name was T, unfortunately the survey is expired however I can let other people know here that she did not a good job and I was forced to tip her and buy products $300.
First of all she was late ⏰ for 15 minutes even though I booked it online a week ago my appointment.
After she appears, she even did not apologize for her being late 15 minutes or thanked me for sitting and waiting her for 15 minutes!
She also was careless throughout the whole session and arrogant towards her job in that case my beauty lesson!
Oh well, I don’t recommend you anyone who os thinking to take this class!

I bought eye pencil at store in Feb. I did not use it until now , unfortunately the pencil was too dry, so I went to store to ask for a replacement. However the store mannager refused to give me change , because they can return within 30days of purchase. But I purchased 2 months ago . I told her that I just wanted to have a good one. But she refused to give me any change . I was upset and left the pencil on table and decided never go back to the store .

I came to this store to just get a few products. But this lady kept asking if I needed a bag, and I said no, thank you politely (an old white woman with pixie cut grey hair and glasses), because I was only holding a couple things, and she then said to me that I should have one and just stared at me in a very rude way after I said no. I get asking once, but asking again in a forcing way was just rude. I don’t know if it’s because of my skin color, and she thinks I’m trying to take it??? Who knows but she made me feel very uncomfortable.

I went in to get skin care and asked a manager for someone to help me find the right product and was told to talk to someone that was working a stand for a specific brand. They immediately started telling me about this brand that I already know I’m not a fan of and told them I needed someone with no bias. Especially because they were getting paid to rep this specific brand. I then look around a bit and someone comes up to me and asks what I’m looking for and I tell them. They proceed to show me one product in the whole store and they knew absolutely nothing about the product just generalizations of the type of product I asked for. It was a bad experience.

I recently visited Sephora to purchase a foundation and had an exceptional experience. Despite the store being crowded, the staff were incredibly helpful and patient. They assisted me in finding the perfect foundation, explaining the differences between various types and answering all my questions about skin tone and product suitability. Their patience and kindness made my shopping experience truly satisfying. Highly recommend!

The staff at this location are always really friendly and helpful upon entering the store. I've been helped a few times by Nicole specifically and she has really helped me find some great products while I'm getting back into doing my makeup.

Nicole is an absolute powerhouse employee! I was lost trying to pick a foundation, and she kindly offered to help. She instantly felt like a best friend who cared about my needs. What else could a girl ask for? I'm also obsessed with everything we picked out together.

This is a good Sephora but as expected, it’s crazy crowded on a weekend. Just swarms of women, especially teens. The selection is about the same as all Sephoras but it’s a pretty small store so it’s very cramped on weekends. Staff is helpful if you can find one that’s free.
