This is a good Sephora. Staff helpful. Conveniently located. Only thing I don't like that it tends to get very busy.

It was SO crowded! I just wanted to grab what I needed and get out. The line to pay was terrible. Because it was so crowded there weren't many people to help if you had a question. Next time, ill probably order what I need online.

It was a warm and pleasant shopping experience at first. I chose a gift for my teacher in their store - a bottle of perfume worth several hundred dollars. I gave it one star because all the samples they gave me were for toilet use only! I can't accept this. I think it's insulting that they still do this when they know these are gifts. They should learn to explain when giving away samples instead of stuffing them into my bag directly with a guilty look on their face. I don’t know if this has anything to do with me being yellow, but I definitely felt offended, and I’m even more convinced after reading other comments about skin color. Also, I chose not to write this review in English. I don’t want to get used to their bad habits. If you want to understand negative reviews, you must learn to translate them yourself and learn how to respect customers of different cultures!I will never go there again, whoever wants to go can go.

I was here the other day to get my makeup done by Shanie, and I truly could not be happier. I very rarely wear makeup, but it was my birthday and I was taking myself out for a really nice dinner as a treat, so I felt like dressing up and going all out. Shanie went above and beyond! She made me look AMAZING, and she was so kind and friendly as she did my makeup. Looking at myself in the mirror after I almost wanted to cry, because I looked so beautiful thanks to Shanie’s hard work. Maybe it’s a little thing, but I think every girl should get to feel this beautiful on her birthday! Thank you to Shanie and also the rest of the Sephora team who stopped by to chat during my makeup session, y’all were so nice! I will absolutely be back here the next time I have a special event.

Jamey was very nice and helpful, she helped me and gave me recommendations to choose the best products for my skin, and also explained how to use each one of them (I'm new to makeup) and solved all my doubt, i am very grateful for her help!! This Sephora store is very large and organized, it had all the products I was looking for in stock.

A company who supports and sells products for all type of ethnicities, should spend a bit more time training their costumer service staff on that subject. I had an awkward situation when the sales lady asked me directly “are you an American Indian?” There was no purpose to the question. I found the whole interaction thoroughly rude.

Stopped by this morning looking for some products and Zeke and Shanie were so helpful!! I’m not a makeup expert and didn’t have a product in mind just a few qualifications (easy to apply, lightweight, no makeup makeup effect), and they helped me find a few options in the right shade that met my needs. Both were super friendly and helpful!

I dare not shop here.First I am followed and not left alone ti explore. When I do purchase a item I asked if they have any perfume samples and The clerk looks at me like we don't! OK Customer Service is not following a person pushing any product unless asked ti do so.I have made an appointment for lashes and again had an issue that when called to can El the clerk said she's busy but will do at end of day.Well policy say if you don't cancel within 24 hr you are charged. So I did call to voice my concerns its like it don't matter. Sad but I know what to expect if I go there.

Was helped by the sweetest girls, I came in with a discontinued lipstick that was my everyday favorite and they picked out two beautiful lip products for me from a brand I already loved, and introduced me to a new favorite. Elena went above and beyond for me, once I went to checkout the Rudest girl, Sarah(?) was working the register, incredibly snappy, talked down to me, very rough with my order, just ruined an overall enjoyable trip to this location. There was another ukranian girl that helped me that made this trip so so nice, she introduced me to the rose Inc products, will be back for her and Elena?

This store has amazing people who work there! Ronan and Naya helped me today and both were great! Ronan in particular is amazing because even after I had given up on looking for a particular lip shade he continued to look for it and even followed up with me while I was about to leave. Such a great experience!!

Do not come in here within 10 minutes of closing because they will make every minute that passes known to you and as agonizing as possible. I, too, have worked in a retail makeup environment and I’ve never felt inclined to hound on customers that we’re closing every other second.Upon entering, I was told “we close in 7 minutes, just so you know!” That’s okay. But upon browsing and snagging the one product I was looking for, a worker came up to me and asked if she could help me, to which was immediately followed with “okay just so you know we close in 3 minutes so we need you to make a decision” and walked away. I was baffled LOL girl!!!

I never really have an issue with Sephora, I’ve been shopping there for years (different locations but always relatively the same experience). I’m somewhat familiar with the business model that their sales associates have to follow but typically, when I’m approached by one, it’s easy to communicate that I’m not interested in their recommendations. Today, I was browsing before heading to checkout to get my birthday gift. I was looking at a product when a saleswoman (dark, short hair and circle glasses) came up to me and asked if I was looking for a good finishing spray. I was confused because the product I was looking at was not a finishing/setting spray, and I said no. She then proceeded to try to sell me on Urban Decay, using a bunch of buzzwords to make it sound impressive, as if I haven’t been wearing makeup for a decade and didn’t know about the most popular setting spray on the market. She then womansplained a bunch of other makeup items to me (eyebrow pencil, bronzer, highlighter - again, I’m 26, I’ve been wearing makeup for over 10 years), and even though I was trying to communicate I wasn’t interested, she pushed and pushed and took up about 10-15 minutes of my time. I tried to say I wanted to wait for Black Friday, “oh we don’t even do sales that are that good for Black Friday, you should just buy now!” or that I am in between jobs so I don’t have a ton of money to spend, “you’re an insider right? You get a discount! I mean, you’re already here!”The key to being a good salesperson is being able to read the room and not ignore the signals a customer is very obviously giving you. I felt like I was at a car dealership! I’d appreciate if Sephora trained their sales associates differently and don’t basically make them have to beg for sales.
