We dropped off our friend who has a disability at the front. An employee comes out yelling at us that we can’t do that. Later that employee threatened my husband when trying to explain the disability our friend has. Our friend is contacting the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission to determine what law was broken and what actions to take. We will encourage all of our friends and family to no longer support this establishment. They discriminate against those with a disability. The service here is straight trash!

This Shell is located in East Bellevue across from the Bel-East Shopping Center and near Bellevue College and not very far from I-90. It is a typical Shell location with a convenience store. While the gas prices are not the best, it does have better prices than the other Shell stations nearby. You can save some cash if you sign up for the Shell rewards program and you can redeem QFC Fuel Points for a gas discount. It is perfectly fine if you are in the area and need a place to fill up.

Tall worker scammed me today giving my me the wrong change after I paid with a $20, told him to check the camera. Told me to come in tomorrow when his manager is there...total thief, feel like this is a systematic grift given the other reviews...because who in the hell writes a Google review about a gas station. NOT COOL!

I'm 26 years old and never got questioned by anyone about my ID. The cashier told me my ID photo doesn't match my face so refused to sell me tobacco product. I feel discriminated because the photo on my ID was taken 3 months ago and the only difference is that my hair got longer and the cashier refused to believe it's me and wouldn't provide the reason why he think this way. I'm a east Asian American and apparently, he has his own opinion about east Asian American. The worst shopping experience I ever had.

don’t ever go to this specific shells, they are scammers. My dad was charged $200, when it said $41.56 on the fuel pump. He later then saw his car did not get any fuel in it. And was still charged $200. he went back to speak to the mangers and they told him it wasn’t their problem. And now we are contacting the police.

The cashier was quite friendly and helpful. I stopped for an ice coffee and gas. There were quite a few options of drip coffee and push-button ready made "designer" coffees. I looked for a soda machine with an ice dispenser, but they didn't have one. Just canned and bottled sodas in the fridges. I asked about an ice dispenser so I could ice down my coffee and was told there wasn't one. The cashier went to the back and grabbed a cup of ice for me-so nice. I wish I would've looked at her badge so I could give a proper kudos on this review. She was so kind, I'll be back every week to gas up when I leave work.

Very slow pumps. About 2 gal/min, and a 20 gallon cutoff.Took 10 minutes to pump 20 gallons.

This place has become the biggest joke specially since Covid has Began the customer service here sucks half of the employees don’t even know where the shock of cigarettes are and the other half the employees can’t even figure out how to run a lottery ticket through the machine which sucks cause this store use to be worth a crap but now just garbage

They always have the best deal and cigarettes. They also have really big Fountain drinks that I like that are full of root beer. Good price on the Doritos could be better but that's really not much to complain about overall I'm happy every time I come to this location
