The sales associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Besides color, I had no idea there were so many options for paint. The sales associate asked me some great questions about my project so he could recommend the best products for what I was hoping to achieve. The sales associate was such a gentlemen, he even carried everything to my car.
I've heard people grumbling about the price but I think everything was appropriately priced. Considering the service, quality and selection, it is worth every penny.
Great service, excellent selection, pleasant experience I would definitely go back again.

Walked in as one of the staff had ended his shift but still helped me anyway. He was very nice and took the time to look for a paint sample for me. Really great, nice service!

I had a very pleasant experience. I went in with a few questions that turned into about 45 questions. Robert was extremely helpful and patient - helping me get to a full decision and ultimately was the reason I decided to buy from Sherwin-Williams. Big five stars to Robert and his customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the Sherwin-Williams store on 14603 NE 20th St instead. These guys wouldn't sell me a COLOR-TO-GO paint can to color-match and tried to sell me either a $30 quart or $70 gallon of paint, even though the color-to-go paint can for $8.49 was CREATED for color-matching. They don't know what they're talking about. Save yourself some trouble!
