Great store. Everything is organized and orderly. I had Andrew help me and he was great. Very knowledgable on paint and applications. He also helped me create an account so that I won't have to remember my paint codes in the future.

I don’t know who is the manager of this store, however, the customer service is awful. Youth guy discriminated me, didn’t not sell paint because I didn’t remember account number but I told him I had phone number to check it out, he did not know what he doing there! I wasted my time to talk and explain, but it was not successful purchase. I had to go 15 min away other store and people sell what I should buy it in the first place! (Hourly argues)((( so disappointed!!! Booo!!! In this store Needs attention to improve the customer service provider!!!

You have high quality paints & supplies. Home Depot stopped carrying Purdy brushes, but you have them. Personnel are knowledgeable & helpful.

I have a million questions every time I buy paint, and this location is by far the most patient with me. They are extremely helpful, friendly, and the location is easy for my commute. Highly recommend.

I needed one quart of denatured alcohol. I considered this store so I called them for price and availability on 11/03/22 at 5:40pm. First let's talk about their competitors price, also in stock in their stores now. Ace Hardware $5.99; Benjamin Moore $5.99; Tractor Supply $5.99; Fred Meyer, no surprise, price gouging at $7.99. Anybody want to take a guess what these guys want? $18.69!! It's just denatured alcohol. It's not like there's a shortage. I asked the clerk if he was sure about that price as that price is not even close to the above prices. He rudely ignored me and my question and sat silent for a minute. After purposely ignoring me, dismissing the question, and sitting silent, he eventually asked, "is there anything else I can help you with?" I had to reiterate that the price is not even close to how much denatured ethanol goes for, are you sure that's the right price/product? This time he confirmed we were talking about the same product and verified the price. Shame on you!!! Shame shame shame shame shame. Over 300% above the competitors price combined with very very rude customer service. Pretty disgusting. Don't respond by telling me to call a phone number. You have all the information, try acting on it. Now, I'm off to buy it at Ace Hardware for $5.99 from a polite employee, rather than buy it from you at $18.69 from a very rude employee. See how that works??

If you are searching for representatives which are unfriendly and unwilling to help you, then this is the right place to go. I asked to return untainted paints which purchased within 30 days and was refused. They even made up a fake reason to refuse my return.

score zero if there's an option. Don't go! Don't go! Don't go! They lie to you, tell they don't produce some kinds of product (I was told superpaint air purifying is only for dark color. But I got it with white color in another store). Not friendly, speak as less as they can. I have to go another store to purchase even that store is not close. This is the worst one I went.

Bought a can of their duration paint. Salesperson said the primer and paint were mixed in together already so no need to buy separate primer. Hired a painter to come and paint the wall, the paint came out very uneven and clearly the primer was not mixed in. Now I'm out $500 and have to hire the painter to come back and repaint it, plus buy a new bucket of paint from elsewhere. Tried to return this faulty product in the store and was given serious attitude by the clerk who then said the primer is not mixed in, that's why they sell separate primer. I pulled up their website where the product description said it was a "paint and primer in one" and the clerk then changed his tune and said "that's just marketing language". I asked so isn't that false advertising for the product? He didn't care and would only refund me for half the price that I paid. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I really did not expect the amazing level of service we received. We were painting a 20-unit townhome community, and manager Kevin B. really went above and beyond in helping us to find a color scheme that would be similar to what we originally had but also feel modernized. He made multiple site-visits and coordinated with Sherwin-Williams color designers on our behalf. The project is now complete and it looks great. Thank you, Kevin, for all your help!
