Larissa was amazing, she was able to answer all of our questions and then still tell us more. We recently received our bed as well and the installation Tech was surprised that we new everything about the bed. Saying usually sales people mis a few details. Larissa knew it all and more. She was also very friendly and not pushy at all. Best experience ive had making a large purchase.

Josh has been very helpful, consistent, and thorough in assisting me with my bed purchase. Josh gave us the gift of his time and expertise today as my mom chose a bed. It had been about 20 years she had purchased a mattress and she was so thankful Josh spent so much time educating her on the new mattress options and the science behind them. He was patient, listened to her needs and concerns, and gently guided her to the right solution. He offered advice when it was needed, let her try many pillow offerings, and steered her to a positive solution that will fit her needs. Our experience with Josh and Sleep Number could not have been better. Thank you Josh!!

My partner and I were looking for a mattress and we came across the sleep number store at the Bellevue Square mall. Initially I was apprehensive due to my discomfort with the sales industry but Josh was so helpful and kind to us, although it took us a couple hours to finalize things (not their fault it was us) Josh was patient, understanding and helped us get the best deal although it made his job much harder. He performed his duties phenomenally and still maintained a safe environment for us to shop in and we didn’t feel any pressure at all! Thank you Josh for all the help!
