This is a great little Starbucks. The staff are awesome. They always interact with my old granny doggo when she rides along for a pup cup. This location came in clutch during pandemic. The only place open early enough for the healthcare staff commuting from the east side.

Through Covid this location was a stand out for customer service—definitely made my mornings through some very long weeks. However, recently this location has gone down hill. From drinks being made incorrectly (new employees, especially on the weekends) to most recently the biggest let down being in their customer service. The newer (I assume manager, male) lacks professionalism and decent customer service. My experience yesterday 9/28/22 was rushed, rude and zero effort to hear when asking for a favor. For a loyal customer that has frequented this location for the last 3 years multiple times a week, it’s unfortunate to get to a place to now want to go to an alternate coffee shop. I absolutely understand the current staffing climate and it’s challenges, but that is not an excuse to deliver poor customer service. It takes little effort to smile, make eye contact and engage with the guest in front of you—after all we as customers are waiting longer, paying more, and receiving often a less then perfect cup of coffee through these challenges too. I hope efforts are made to restore the training, professionalism and customer service of this location.

I’ve never encountered such an impolite and unprofessional Starbucks employee as my family just did with the gentleman at the drive thru window. Very disappointing service.

This is a great place to work. Employees are all treated well and taken care of. The training manager is patient and kind. Before I worked here I would come to the walk up window a lot and always recived great customer service. The managment is awesome, and it's a great learning environment for trainees.

It would be really awesome if the staff paid attention to people who are standing outside the store. I waited at the walk up window while I heard everyone inside laughing and talking and not approaching any of the windows until someone drove up. I finally got frustrated enough waiting for someone to help me that I just decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Starbucks used to be know for phenomenal customer service. Unfortunately this location is not consistent with the company values. I ordered a beverage with oat milk. Upon arriving at the pickup window I was informed that they were out of oat milk. I said they could use almond milk but could they give me the drink for free. The woman at the window (Amanda) asked an older gentlemen with curly blondish-brown hair if she could do that. He replied “no,” she then asked “can we at least give her a discount” to which the male replied “uh no.” I then told them I would like to cancel my order as there’s a Starbucks in the Safeway next to them. The male then said “well I guess I throw this in the trash now.” LOL this guy is in a serious power trip I feel bad for the rest of the staff there.

I go to the drive thru Starbucks literally everyday of the week, it's in the Eastgate plaza and the workers there are friendly and always make the drinks pretty well.
