All our sunglasses are bought here. Yes they are expensive, but it's worth the quality and warranty they come with. Typically whoever is in the sales floor is professional and patient.

Don’t buy from here.Had the worst experience. The store manager Kaetlyn sold me a pair of defective sunglasses. It had a scratch on it which wasn’t very noticeable in store lighting but very visible in sunlight. Went back to exchange them for a fresh pair but was very rudely denied.Blatant malpractice of selling defective product to customers not paying attention to detail.You’ll see this behavior in other reviews.Avoid this store.

Thank you...Joseph at Bellevue square is a 10. Perfect. Attentive. Active listener... with zero pressure. ... I have purchased near a dozen pair of glasses.... and everything's been perfect. Every time he treats myself and my wife like a first time experience. Class act. He should be training sales.We actually left another sunglass hut at seattle premium outlet store.... due to the ridiculously horrible service. I mean it was horrid!I then drove all the way from Marysville to Bellevue... just to purchase these same glasses.... and the drive was worth it ....The service in Marysville was borderline discriminate... it was so uncomfortable.... I would rather drive 40 miles to give my money to another sales person....Again. There are not words to describe the level of service provided by Joseph..Thank you

Employee was fairly new but he told me he didn't know how to look up order history.... How did this not come up on training? I'm concerned for their training policies if this person is running the store alone and doesn't know how to use the software for basic important tasks

I been to a lot of sunglass hut but this location is just wow ... the selection of designers are a lot ... if a store carries Cartier and Chanel, your in the right place .. the lighting makes the store exciting and visually more enjoyable. And the employees were impeccable and approachable and friendly!! Please visit the store...

We came into the store to replace a pair of a friend's glasses that we had accidentally crushed while out on their boat. Alex, the sales associate, gave us incredible service, tuned another pair we had previously purchased at another Sunglass Hut out of state, and we bought 2 additional pair from him. He is a fantastic employee! Thank you Alex, you're a RockStar!!

Worst experience at a sunglasses hut. I have been shopping at sunglasses hut for years but this store seems to have a no idea about customer service. Went to return a pair of glasses and the lady at the store looked at it and said she can't because it had a small scratch. I am sure someone at other store would have helped me out with my membership history!

Joseph, the store manager, is fabulous and the true treasure of Belle Square. He listens and is fun to work with. I absolutely love the Chanel and Tiffany frames he selected for me. Go see Joseph, you won't regret it.

I bought a pair of Reyban sunglasses and after using a few times I’ve noticed that it doesn’t quite fit on my face and for some reason it was giving me a headache. I tried to return or exchange at this location. They mentioned since it’s been past 3 months I could only exchange within a. Year. They asked me to come back since the assistant girl wasn’t there I went and came back after 30 min and the assistant girl ( talk, skinny, brunette with glasses) whom was very rude and angry told me she can’t do a return or exchange. She completely was looking down on me which made me feel so uncomfortable. I would have totally be fine with not getting a return or exchange if she had a better attitude. If you hate your job, don’t work for a customer service. I’m never shopping from this location and I don’t recommend it

Ugh! Terrible customer experience and they lack training. Alex is so sensitive and emotional and rude. Major training required how to deal with customers, don’t take things personally and leave your emotions out of the door.
