Dave was amazing... I went to shut my sunroof, and it wouldn't close. He told me to swing it by and he would at least get it closed for me. He squeezed me in on a busy Friday. Dave took it a step further he lubed it and tweeked the rail that some how bent. It was fixed just like that. I will highly recommend Dave at Sunmark.

The owner is very knowledgeable about his craft. He asked questions to zero in on possible causes to my leaking sunroof. He was able to fix it quickly and I was back driving by the end of the day! Outstanding service!

Sunmark is basically co-located with Park Place Ltd. I was on a short time frame, and they were able to repair my headliner, and repair my door panels. They also coordinated with the park place shop on some minor work on my '98 Slk230. All work was done well, efficiently, on-time, and reasonably priced. Thanks David!

when seeking quality in craftmanship, this is your place to have your upholstery repaired, replaced, renewed. i had my driver's seat in my 2012 gti rebuilt, new tartan seat cover from vw germany, new foam, new bolsters, oh what a difference! excellent quality, excellent price, excellent craft persons! drew

I went to other companies who could not take care of my job for months and they would then require two weeks to finish. Dave completed the entire project right away and all in the same day. Outstanding job.

Took our boat cushions in that were original from our 1995 boat. They needed specific panels replaced and not only do they look like new, but they were able to match to the original color perfectly!

I bought a brand new 2023 car, I'm the first owner, and I'd owned it for one day when I brought my brand new car by Sunmark Upholstery for an estimate to put leather seats in because the associate I spoke with told me they have to see my car in person to give me an estimate. When this associate came out of the garage to look at my car, he reeked of feces AKA poop. I don't know if he never washes his clothes or if he never showers or if he never washes his hands but he had a thick layer of feces smell emanating off of him. And then he demanded to see the inside of my car and he proceeded to open each door of my brand new car and put his hands all over each and every seat of my car. He squeezed and smeared his hands all over the seat, the back and the headrest of each seat and by the time he was done putting his hands all over my seats, my car reeked of poop. He also had a film of blackish brownish residue all over his hands when he was smearing his hands all over my seats. I don't know if this was from some substance he works with or if this was the source of the feces smell. Anyway, it's been over a month since that Sunmark associate put his hands all over my car's seats and my car still reeks of poop. So of course I didn't agree to let Sunmark reupholster my car's seats seeing as this associate ruined my brand new car by getting his poop smell all over my seats. If I let Sunmark put leather upholstery in, he'd probably get the poop smell on the new upholstery too. So my brand new car went from smelling like "new car smell" before I brought it to Sunmark, to smelling like poop after I brought it to Sunmark. And my car still smells like poop from that encounter a month later.

I met Dave from Sunmark Upholstery when I stopped by to have him look at my damaged sunroof. He was professional and knowledgeable. He directed me to a different shop that could fix my sunroof for free, (turns out it was on recall) but I was impressed with his honesty and I will be going back to Sunmark if I ever need upholstery work done.

Thought I wrote a review when Sunmark replaced a convertible top for me in 2019, but looks like I didn't. I had an issue with my top today and Dave fixed it for free, so let me write a combo review spanning the two years since the top has been replaced. So roll back to 2019 and my Audi S5's top was slowly beginning to fail and giving me all sorts of problems. Error codes, top stuck open, etc. Reset procedures found on the internet helped for a while, but eventually I took it to the local Audi dealership who wouldn't work on it and referred me to Sunmark (as that's where they send all their convertibles anyway). The roof material itself was starting to wear through and internal roof liner delaminated long ago, so after some attempts to repair, the decision was made to replace the whole top + mechanism + wiring harness. Not cheap, but Dave gave me a couple of options and we ended up doing it the right way with all new Audi parts. The operation of the convertible top has been flawless since, until yesterday when the top failed to close. Something was getting hung up midway and I couldn't figure out. I swing by Sunmark and Dave tried to troubleshoot in the parking lot with no luck so I left the car with him. My appointment was not scheduled and the shop was full of other cars so I didn't expect him to get to my car for several days. Well, I get a call this afternoon and he's figured out the problem and didn't charge me for his time! Sunmark always has a shop full of expensive cars getting roofs or seats done, and Dave has continued the excellent work his father started when they were at their previous location.
