Went into the store to do a return. Lady working attempted processing my return, but took 10 minutes of back and forth only to say they can’t process the return unless you have the physical card which I didn’t, which is totally understandable. I went back in the next day, different lady working this time gave me incredibly poor attitude when I asked to make a return (not sure if it’s because it’s coming out of her commission or what) and then said she couldn’t do the return and had someone else do it. This guy also took somewhere between 5-10 mins to process the return, asking for the same information multiple times. He was nice and was able to get my item returned but it seems like nobody on this store knows what they’re doing.

It’s my go-to when I don’t have the patience to order something online. Staff is always cool, good selection and, my favorite part, there are deals to be had. Lots of BOGO opportunities and clearance.

I run long distance and one day I visited Super supplements for Labrada protein drink. Zack and Robert were very friendly. I am from medical background (Physician with research experience in phytochemicals) and strongly recommend this location for some one looking for supplements (Protein powders, antioxidants, easy to use packets of hydration, micronutrient supplements for running... and many) of wide variety and discounts. Very well organized, clean and friendly staff. Thank you.

I think they just lost me as a customer. They put stickers up in the cold drink area promoting 'buy one get the second one half off'. So I did. After I was in my car I looked at the receipt and both products were full price. When I went back in the store they explained that the promotion doesn't begin until Monday. THEN WHY ARE THE STICKERS UP RIGHT NOW??? The ONLY reason I bought 2 of them was to get the discount. The apathethic workers explained that I needed to read more closely and recognize the dates of the promotion. Well excuse me Super Supplements for assuming that if all of the promotional stickers are up right now that the promotion itself is currently in effect. It's only $2.50 they tricked me into paying but it's the last time I will be hoodwinked. Shame on you for not being responsive to an upset customer.

This is the main brick and mortar store I go to for supplements. They make my life so much easier. Every time I go, they ask how they can help me and I basically end up with a personal shopper for everything on my list. It saves me so much time in finding things in the store and on the shelf, and then they are right there for me to ask product questions. They are not pushy at all in trying to sell products and quickly back off if you would like to shop on your own. And they are truly knowledgeable about all their products which blows my mind. Try them out, I bet you'll have he same amazing experience.

Great selection, but the smell in there is something weird. I couldn't wait to walk out. It hits you so hard right when you walk in. Yikes.

I'm new to town & was open to a new experience so I stopped into the Bellevue Super Supplements store. They seemed ok at first, were talking about the playoffs, 3 reps in the store. They kept to themselves, didn't really ask about my goals, what brought me in the store, or interested in health which is what many dinosaur stores are like, clutter, soda fountain syndrome of options everywhere.Upon spending 100 bucks for protein & other supplements, I asked if they had a drinking fountain so I could mix up a protein shake from my purchase as I just worked out. One of the other reps, was excited to show me a cooler of water options they "sell".I mentioned the store I was used to in the midwest having free bottles of water upon entering, ( I didn't mention how engaged & enthusiast they are for each & every customer amidst 20 other customer focused areas-all of their reps are certified trainers, & hold several nutrition/weightloss/fit certs as well)The rep here said free samples weren't in the budget from the owners. I was referring to water, H20, the necessary ingredient to use my purchase in their 'store' & 80% of the products they sell. Oh, you're from out of town? Newly moved here? What brings you here, anything outside of we sell this & all kinds of water-hilarious.I left but was so close to reversing the transaction I just made. You can find an El Kay drinking fountain in public- not in a health store. I gave him several opportunities to find a solution, be helpful. I asked if he had a reco for public water, he said with a smile. There's a gas station across the street. They had an opportunity to retain my business, find a creative solution, you can use our employee kitchen sink-or let me look up a trail nearby/ (if they were into health, & customer oriented consulting-which they were not- it would have been different)There's so many balls dropped, 'it doesn't cost a thing to be nice in any area of life-but at your job- customer service/retail-which I also work in' saying something so downer-ish like there's a gas station with a smile-I will order all of my supplement online as I was before. A store/service experience is so much more than one transaction, order taking is not what business is about. Relationship, adding value, experience, being friendly, attempting to be helpful-shoot, a gas station in Bend, OR was 100x more friendly, helpful, & courteous with conversation, reco's, & pleasantries-Brick & Mortor competition is more fierce than ever- differentiating yourself from others in the market, & definitely from a most convenient online purchase. I'm baffled they have a chain here-Zero customer service skills, knowledge about water was exceptionally lacking. A big opp to grow. Point & click will save me so much time & energy in the future. Thanks for the Clear as day contrast & learning experience.

Trying to view and order online. It is impossible to order what I want from Super Supplements or Amazon. It continually redirects me to what THEY want me order rather than what I am looking for. Wanted to order fom Super Supplments online and pickup in store. But, again it won't allow me to order what I want to order. Very Bad custromer service and care.
