Bizarre how the employees don't seem to attend to customers (appeared be chatting amongst themselves). Went in looking to purchase a necklace and ignored multiple times. Left to find a necklace elsewhere. It's like they're trying their best to NOT make sales

My experience at the Swarovski store was extremely disappointing. The customer service was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Neither the manager nor the staff could give me clear information or help with my return.
The reason for my return was simple: the jewelry I bought was too small for me. On top of that, I also wanted to return a bag, but it turned into a huge problem. The employee didn’t offer me any alternative options or solutions. Instead, she seemed more concerned about being fired than about helping a customer.
For a purchase that cost $2,650, I expected professionalism and respect, but instead I was met with confusion and refusal. Swarovski’s return policy is strange and very customer-unfriendly. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed in the company.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Schultz Jennifer at the Swarovski stores in both Bellevue and Tulalip. She went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service, especially during a recent visit when the kiosk was not working. Despite the issue, Jennifer showed incredible trust and professionalism by allowing me to complete the purchase later—something you don’t see often these days.
Her ability to empathize with customers, act with integrity, and ensure a smooth experience truly reflects top-tier service and admirable work ethics. Jennifer is a gem—pun intended! Thank you for your kindness, trust, and for making the entire experience feel seamless and special.
Highly recommend asking for Jennifer if you're shopping at Swarovski Bellevue or Tulalip!

I’m not sure why this store has received low ratings—my experience was honestly great! I was helped by a lovely associate (I forgot to ask her name, unfortunately), but she was incredibly kind, helpful, and not pushy at all. Her customer service really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. I left with exactly what I was looking for and felt well taken care of. Definitely recommend giving this location a chance! 💎✨

I visited the Swarovski store on sunday in the afternoon. There were two female employees working. When I came in, they were both helping customers, which I completely understood. However, once one of them finished, she did not assist me; instead, she chose to help another customer who came in after me. I tried to be patient and reasoned that perhaps she assumed I was just looking around. But after waiting an additional 10-15 minutes, I began to feel dismissed. While the second employee was checking out her customer, I even lined up behind them, hoping she would assist me afterward. But no—once she was done, she immediately attended to yet another person who had just walked in.
They completely ignored us. This felt like blatant discrimination. Do they think I’m not capable of purchasing Swarovski products? I have been a loyal customer, purchasing many items from Swarovski, but this is the first time I’ve ever experienced such offensive behavior.

This place sucks. Don’t ever buy here. We got a gift and tried exchanging it and the person Olivia says that it’s clouded (not sure what she means by that). My wife never wore it and cannot return. Bad customer service.

I ordered online and picked up in store. When I picked up they had the wrong necklace in the box. I had ordered a square cut, the necklace in the box was an octagon cut. When I told them that’s not what I ordered, and the necklace should be a square cut, she really tried to convince me it was a square and not an octagon…… I showed her the photo of what I ordered and showed her what a square cut looks like, and she said “well that’s not what you ordered”. I said this is the photo that came on my receipt…. She then went to the back. When she came out she told me she put the wrong necklace in the box and that they sold out of the necklace I ordered. I really don’t like that she tried to convince me an octagon was a square and tried to give me the wrong item because they sold out of what I had ordered.

The sales person here is the worst I’ve come across in recent years. Clearly racist, was trying to judge based on ethnicity. Stay away.
