I went to Systems Unlimited to install a dashcam/rear camera in my 2018 Honda Civic Type R and in my 2021 Dodge Challenger. They did an incredible job. Each set of cameras were installed in one day, they explained the process to me, confirmed exactly where I'd like them placed, and explained the system to me when I picked up my car(s). Very professional job with clear attention to detail. I checked things over carefully at home and everything was seamlessly installed. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and clearly take pride in their work. Would highly recommend!

I've done a horrible disservice to Charles and the crew by not leaving a review mush sooner.Back in June of 2023, I had the need to drive my 1985 Porsche 911 1200 miles and back, for a large PCA event. I just couldn't do it listening to the garbage sound quality. I've struggled to get any sort of low end bass at all out of this car since 2007, so I took it to Systems Unlimited.They custom-built a small subwoofer enclosure that fit perfectly in place behind the passenger seat, installed an Audison DSP amplifier under the seat, cleaned up the wiring issues of an ancient A/D/S amplifier install, and dropped in a new bluetooth single-din head unit, as well. They added some sound deadening and weatherproofing to the doors, and even repaired a cracked door-pocket.The workmanship is immaculate, and the sound quality has been transformed into something amazing.This car is now truly a pleasure to drive.Thank you, Charles and crew!

This is the only place I will allow to touch my vehicle. Systems Unlimited provided one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Charles and his team offered full transparency through the entire process. I was able to see the wiring and thought process behind every decision in real time. (I have never seen a cleaner wiring job). I did a full Audison system, I have had plenty of audio systems that I considered high end. Boy was I wrong. The combination sound deadening, audison speakers and amp with DSP as well as custom box with 5” subs has proven to be a perfect system. My 992 Targa now has a symphony in it at all times. When I received the car back there was zero traces that everything had been replaced (other then the sub box that somehow looks factory Porsche).They somehow tucked a sub box in a spot that sits beneath the Targa top when folded down. Also custom printed mounts for door speakers and wiring. Crazy stuff happening in that shop. I can’t imagine a job they couldn’t handle.I wish I found these guys sooner.

I had two Escort radar-laser systems as well as a high end Audio installed at another shop.I contacted Systems Unlimited to up grade my radar-laser system to a Radenso Ultimate Edition. While my 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet was in the shop, I experienced a sound system in another 911 they had done and chose to upgrade my audio system as well!For those seeking over the top Craft and Workmanship on custom car stereo and radar-laser defense. Systems Unlimited is the Best!From disassembly to install every nut, bolt, screw, was put in place and the work looks like it was Factory installed. You would not know the upgraded system until you Hear, Feel, and Experience it for yourself. I purchased a 2021 RAV4 Prime in July and I wanted to get it sound damped to make the ride a little quieter. I called and spoke with Charles. He invited me down to the shop to see the type of sound damping they offer.Charles was very accommodating and before I left, I took a listen to the sound system in his car. It had been a few cars since I had a custom system (Zapco) and decided to go ahead and upgrade the audio at the same time.The original plan was to keep my existing drivers, replace the factory JBL amp with an Arc Audio 8-channel DSP amp and a second amp for the subwoofer. He also wanted to find a way to re-enforce the JBL sub enclosure, which is plastic. At some point he asked if we could replace the spare tire with a custom subwoofer enclosure and then we could use a larger sub and / or two subs, which we ended up doing.The one issue I was stuck on is that we would only have 8-channels of DSP, so the rear fill would be mono and we could not time align them individually. I up-sold myself on using two Arc Audio 1000-watt DSP amps. A 6-channel DSP for the front speakers (Door, Dash and A-Pillar) and a 4-channel DSP amp for the rear fill and then bridge the other two channels for the dual subs. Given the new power from the larger amps, Charles upgraded all of the stock drivers with new ones from Morel because the factory could not handle the power. In fact, the factory Amp/Sub limits the sub output, which the new system is not limited by.While I was visiting family, Charles arranged for Brian Mitchel, from Arc Audio, to re-calibrate my sound system. Brian wins a lot of the audio competitions and he calibrated my vehicle like his competition vehicle and I could not be happier with the results.While my Prime was being worked on, I found other upgrades I wanted to do and imported some parts from Japan, including TRD Performance Dampers, TRD Door Stabilizers, a Strut Tower Bar, LED lighting, etc… I asked Charles if he could have his team install all of this and bill me and he was very accommodating.I am planning to go back to Systems Unlimited later this year to have some more work done, their attention to detail is second to none. It was not cheap, but I feel this is a case of you get what you pay for. They do immaculate work and I could not be happier with the results!

One year ago I took my Audi S3 in for a custom radar/laser install. This is the second car I've had done by Charles and his crew and there is a reason. They are perfect. They excel at what they do and cut no corners. You will pay more than their competitors and it is worth every penny because these guys are more than technicians, they are artists. I couldn't be happier with my install. It works flawlessly and is super stealth. I will never go anywhere else and I recommend that you trust Charles and his crew. Great team and great customer service. I give them my highest recommendation.

After purchasing my first Land Rover vehicle, I quickly realized that an after market stereo installation wouldn't be a simple task. The high end vehicles manufactured these days are rolling computers that require a high level of expertise to achieve full functioning integration. Amazing work done by Charles and his team. We had a backup camera and security system out into our work van. Despite issues with getting it installed, they were great with communication and getting it done correctly. Even when we faced a similar issue with it later on, they were quick to help us out and get us in around our own work schedule rather than theirs. Will constantly come back and use their services, and recommend them to everyone who asks.

Systems Unlimited does not install customer supplied equipment. Even if it's brand new and in the box. Even if you don't care that they cannot supply a warranty on the hardware. IMO, they should. And here's way... It would give them an opportunity to show excellent customer service, and flex their muscles when it comes to expertise on hardware and equipment. It would give them an opportunity to recommend other products that they do sell (i.e. amps, speakers, etc. - for example, if you were just bringing them a new head unit). They could even charge an added fee for installing certain equipment that they did not supply (add an upcharge to make up for the profit margin lost on the sale of the hardware). It my opinion, having a "hard no" when when it comes to install customer supplied hardware, besides asking more questions to qualify the hardware, and offering more solutions is just short sighted and bad business. I get that companies need to make a profit, and that's why I recommend an upcharge. I get that companies cannot warranty hardware that they do not supply, but that should be the customers decision, not the installers. I simply believe that companies should put the customer first, and go above and beyond. Think bigger, Systems Unlimited. Because your service is Limited - Not Unlimited.

Got the ALP System installed on my 21' CLA 45 AMG, guys were really professional and passionate about their work. Everything came out great, wired through proper locations, as OEM as it gets, though better! Was a pleasure handing the keys over to them, typically I would stress over someone working on my car, possibly messing up. With these guys there wasn't even a thought. Highly Recommend!

I came in there knowing nothing about audio packages. All I knew was that I was tired of the old outdated blue tooth setup in my car and wanted something up to date. I also wanted a better sounding system with reduced road noise.Charles walked me through the process, came up with a setup for my prius, I put down a deposit, and a few days later showed up... and was impressed. Even with a basic car like mine (Bugattis and Porsches all around the shop) they spared no attention to detail...I was surprised as well by how quick he was able to get my car in with all the other jobs they had going on.This is the very reason I avoided the car Toys and Best Buys of the audio installation world. I wanted something done by people who appreciate their craft. I don't mind paying a little extra for this type of quality work, because I wanted the job done correctly.Mike did a fantastic job showing me what they did when I came in to pick it up, we tested it out (I'd never used android auto before), he answered every single question I had, explaining the why's and how's.As for the setup... Its clean, indiscreet (how I wanted it), and sounds amazing. The car looks exactly the same except where all the oem speakers used to be, there's updated quality speakers that pack a punch. Zero rattling and the noise is very contained with the sound dampening they did. Highly recommend. Thank you again fellas. All the best.

I took my BMW X6 in to get a dash cam system installed after researching quite a bit on a reputable place to get the work done. They do quite a bit of high-end work on some exotic cars but Charles and his crew made me feel like my request didn't take a back seat. Charles quoted me a price up front over the phone and I scheduled an appointment but evidently their bulk order of dash cams hadn't arrived so he had to buy a unit retail t meet our appointment time. What's awesome is he didn't increase his cost due to that fact and he honored his initial quote. Now - that's what I'm talking about. His install guys did an awesome job and I am so very happy. So happy I will be taking my wife's X5 in to get the same system. I give them my highest recommendation!
