The online pickup representative was extremely rude and disrespectful. I went to pick up an online order for my wife but she didn't have my name put in as authorized person. I understand that they have rules to follow but you can respond without being disrespectful. Also in the past they have never asked for such authorization proof. Now you can't go back and add the person in the app, so I decided to go directly to the aisle to pick it up but couldn't find the dress. So I asked another representative if they could help me find it in their system and guess what they also were disinterested in helping. You have definitely lost a loyal customer

Target at Factoria Square is a fantastic shopping destination that offers a wide range of products and a generally pleasant shopping experience. My recent visit to this store was quite enjoyable, with only a few minor areas for improvement.
The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to navigate through the various departments. Whether you're looking for groceries, clothing, home goods, electronics, or personal care items, Target has it all under one roof. I particularly appreciate the layout, which makes it simple to find what I need without having to wander aimlessly.
The product selection is excellent, with a good variety of both national brands and Target's own high-quality brands. I was especially impressed with the seasonal items and home decor section, which offered stylish and affordable options. The grocery section is also well-stocked with fresh produce and a wide array of packaged goods.
The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. During my visit, I found the employees to be approachable and willing to assist with any questions I had. Their helpfulness added a positive touch to my shopping experience.
The checkout process was efficient, even during busier times. The self-checkout stations are convenient and easy to use, though it's nice to have the option of assisted checkout if needed.

German Creditcard and German Debitcard were not accepted at the checkout. The cashier told us, that is the card. This card were accepted in every store, except Target.

I really appreciate how helpful the HR personnel Ezra was. She went out of her way to check on my order and try to figure what was happening with it. She was very kind and accommodating.

This store used to be good. Now, everything is locked up and selection has become more limited. Not even worth shopping at anymore.

Best Customer Service Ever
I have lived here in Bellevue Washington, for 43 years, and I have shopped at this Target, since it was brand new
Each and every employee, at this location, is very helpful, compassionate, sincere and honest.
They are all patient and very helpful.
They help, over and above, with first class customer service, and kindness.
Thus, this means that the store manager is a wonderful person, who has excellent standards in hiring
