I posted the below comment on the Ted Baker store in Santana Row, California. But the original issue originated from this store who sold me a shirt without removing the magnetic tag attached to the shirt. This store should have provided a better customer service for me to avoid the humiliation of going to the Santana Row store. I ended up going to the Bloomingdale store and they happily removed it for me.Again, Ted Baker really poor customer service all and all and then offering a plain "sorry" and not owning the mistake committed."I went to this store today to get the magnetic tag off from a shirt that I purchased from Bellevue, Washington while I was visiting there. I live in the bay area, California.Upon entering the store, I described the history of the purchase, and offered to provide the Tag and the credit card used for the purchase. Nevertheless, I was asked for the receipt (with suspicion) which I didn't have on me. I said here is the Tag and the credit card and they can confirm the purchase with Bellevue, Washington Ted Baker store.The conversation then pivoted to that they do not have the machine to remove the tag and I should take it other store.I was advised to roam around Santana Row or Westfield Valley fair mall to check if any store can remove it for me. This was so apathetic response. I told them that I bought this shirt from "Ted Baker", why would I go to a random store who didn't sell the shirt to me to get the tag removed?All I got in response was "sorry" we can't help you and here is the customer care number I can call.I then called the customer care number and the representative showed no care either other than offering plain "sorry". I was told to take it to other Ted Baker store, Bloomingdales, or go to the original store.This is one of the worst customer service I have seen from a clothing brand.Ted Baker, I am really disappointed in your brand representation in this store and the customer representative who talked me on the phone.It is Ted Baker responsibility to offer the service required for the price paid. They should not be telling people to drive around to random stores to get it fixed. Ted Baker should have taken responsibility of their poor service at the time of purchase and must have offered better customer service than they provided."

I love Ted Baker's clothes but his sales associates are terrible. They don't acknowledge you and they do not help you at all. You should just buy them online. You'll get just as much service as you do in the store.

Pretty nice and polite staff at the store. The clothe selection is good. Very clean dressers and sizes available. Good quality of items as well.

The store is great but the employee I dealt with today was very rude. I walked into the store like 10 min before closing and I was looking through some items when he came up to me and told me the store was closing soon. I continued to pick out some items and then walked up to me again and said “we are closed” and pretty much kicked me out. Typically, stores just close the door and allow the customers inside to finish shopping but I guess this guy really wanted me out or had other plans for the night. How disappointing

One day after I gave Ted Baker a very negative review,I miraculously received a credit for my return.Coincidence or reaction to my review???YOU GUESS I still believe that their customer service is terrible.What a shame that a company with very good products,treats its customers so poorly.

Super friendly and welcoming sales associates, as well as a really great range of high quality apparel and accessories. Love the tea-house vibe of the boutique, too. Today I went in and shopped the end-of-season sale, so I was able to get 50% everything I bought today.

The Ted Baker brand is a British brand. It's a love it or hate it type of brand. Many of their designs have florals, especially for the ladies clothing and accessories. Their primary metallic color is rose gold, which is a very popular metallic color. Their accessories often have a cute little bows. The high collars on many of their designs drive me nuts; I only buy v-necks or lower round collars. If you like florals, their designs can be quite attractive. Instead of all over random florals, they tend to have specific designs and layouts that make them thoughtful. I think the gents designs are quite dapper. Not enough American designer have actual designs/patterns that are beyond solids, stripes, and checks. For the gents who want to dress nicely, it's a good place to shop. Their price point is similar to Kate Spade, or Michael Kors, and below Hugo Boss. Their purses and accessories are quite reasonably priced as most are not leather. The staff at the store are approachable. I am always greeted with a hello when I enter. Their return and exchange durations are quite a bit shorter than other stores; that's my biggest complain of this brand. If you see something you like online, you can order it from the store and get free shipping. That's a great feature to have.
