Poor technician. (Fix my car's door then broke the door handle).Poor service advisor. (Don't know a lot of Tesla knowledge, cannot explain to customer efficiently.)I dropped off my car at the service center on 1/17 to fix the left B pillar camera issue. When I picked up my car, I got 2 more issues created by the service center: the technician broke the screw of the passenger door grab handle, I got "schedule service to update camera software" warning message. One service resulted 2 more services. Very frustrated. The service advisor was lazy on communication between technician and customer, without asking technician, the service advisor just asked me to directly drop off my car to service center again. They don't respect the customer's time. They cannot explain the warning message correctly, so unknowledgeable!I'm getting endless future services, frustrated.I never got such a horrible experience in other dealers like Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, Acura.

Echoing the sentiments shared in other reviews regarding the experience with the Asian gentleman at the front desk! I visited the store with the hope of clarifying upcoming purchases and trade-ins, but he insisted that everything could be done online. When I attempted to ask additional questions, he responded with one-word answers and continued to stare at his laptop, giving the impression that he was there against his will. I believe it's essential for the store manager to re-evaluate his customer service skills, as this may not be the right job for him. I am unwilling to accept such treatment, especially when making significant purchases totaling thousands of dollars. Ultimately, I drove 30 minutes to the Lynnwood location for assistance instead.

I stopped in twice, before and after ordering our model x. Kevin was very friendly and helpful to work with. The first time I didn’t have a lot of time to stay and showed up unexpectedly. Kevin was able to get a car for me to check out and play around with the doors and settings. The second was w a scheduled test drive. They didn’t have my exact specs, but Kevin secured a couple cars for me so I could test all the features I would be getting. We just took delivery in Seattle and the car is amazing! No panel gaps, paint issues or door misalignments. Our middle row seat leather is a little wavy at the seam, but it will have car seats on it so it’s not a big deal for us. Very positive experiences w both our Teslas.

I've been to multiple Tesla locations in multiple states and my recent experience here has been the best by far. One would think that it would be consistent in all locations, but Gavin (@Service) and Kevin (@Sales) made the 1 hour drive to this location well worth it.

The brown haired white woman who works here is the nastiest, most rude woman ever. One of the employees let me charge my car because I had no battery and a charger I used earlier malfunctioned and didn't charge the car. I asked him for 15 minutes and he kindly allowed me. 3 minutes later the charger turned off without notice and I asked if someone turned it off and the woman stormed by and screamed " I turned it off because it's not for customers". She needs a lesson on customer service and manners.

My wife and I visited to test drive one model, but we were cheerfully allowed an unscheduled drive in another model as well. Tesla managed to sell both cars to us pretty much that same day. The virtues of these cars did most of the selling, but our courteous and respectful treatment by "Kirsten" made us feel much less stressed than we expected to be, given the large purchases we'd made.We read the reviews here before we visited, and we were struck by the many very serious problems experienced by other customers at this dealership. But we gambled that Tesla would have had no choice but to clean out the bad employees here very quickly: there were several cases of apparent sabotage of sales by rogue personnel, and interactions seemingly tinged by racial animus! We don't know if Tesla has finished sanitizing here, but our experience suggests good progress. We're not quite sure we'll use the service department at this dealership, but we'll continue to monitor the reviews here and are hoping....

Worst Sales representatives here. The staff here are not helpful. They just sit and chat with each other and don’t entertain customers much. If you have any questions, they will shut you on your face with a smile. I live in Bellevue but never visit this service center after my worst engagement with these staff. The work culture here is deteriorating. Shuffling the whole staff would solve the problem. They are a team of corrupt staff who do not want to work. I prefer Tesla SODO. They are amazing.Tesla SODO, Downtown, and even Bellevue Square have humble and great staff.

Created a service request for a minor front bumper collision via the Tesla app. I have a busy work schedule and it had it to be scheduled for 1.5 months out. They didn't give me a service estimate that they usually do right away. I had pictures submitted. I thought they might need to look at it first and thought I should wait and see. After waiting a month, ive sent them a message just in case but only to find out that they do not provide collision repair service. I could have found a new place quicker if they had just told me. I'm disappointed that they usually respond quickly with an estimate but chose to ignore mine for weeks. Not ok. Now I have to wait another 1.5 month to get it done somewhere else.

This is my favorite Tesla service center to deliver too. Their service techs are always friendly and helpful. Their lot is nice and big, and very easy to navigate with a medium duty truck. If you have to get your Tesla towed this location is the best!

One must appreciate the Tesla car buying experience. Arrived on time for my demo drive appointment. They were ready for me and the check in process was super efficient. My representative signed me in and gave me a tour of the car, answered my questions and sent me on my way for an allotted 30 minute test drive. Upon arrival back at the lot they again answered any questions I had and sent me on my way. No pressure for an on the spot purchase as you know you'd have with any other brands dealers.

I had requested and got an appointment for my Tesla X seatbelt problem. Got an appointment and time only to get there and find out that they have to order parts so the appointment was changed. They didn't call me, text me or email me about the change. The service rep was quite blase about the inconvenience, he could have cared less that this was an inconvenience to me. I told him that coming to the service department always ticked me off because of there lase fare attitude. He couldn't care less. i want to sell the car I love just because i don't want to deal with the service people anymore!

Tesla repair service is unprofessional, rude, and violate other residents property and parking. The Bellevue Tesla associate refused to identify themselves by even first name, arrogantly smug... "just call me Mr. Tesla" while they illegally park on others private parking space to work on their crappy cars. You could hire better people, Tesla!

Took my car in for fixing an issue with the rear seats. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable and provided regular updates as well as relevant details. They were able to identify and fix the issue within their projected timelines. They also provided a loaner similar to my car to ensure that I had a good experience.

The front desk staffs here were super horrible!!! Especially the white lady who sits at the front desk; stay away from her and the short-height Asian Guy. They asked me to leave the store after placing my order for Model 3 and Model Y for my husband. I wanted to ask for details on financing and delivery. After placing my order for both cars, I waited for the lady for almost an hour in their breakout area; she didn’t even bother looking at me. Later, she sent her Asian staff to ask me to leave. It was a complete embarrassment to a customer to get treated this way after placing an order, and I left. The moment I left the door and sat in my car for home. She came back to the front desk. These two people should be expelled; they are ruining Tesla’s sales and experience. I will escalate this matter so they understand their responsibility and not forget they are just uneducated trash of this country, and their job is to sit there and be polite and respectful to the customers who come with the hopes of getting treated in the right way.

I recently visited the Tesla dealer and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, nobody welcomed or greeted me, which made me feel unwelcome. I requested a test drive at 5:28 pm, well before the closing time at 6 pm, but was informed by one of the employees (a short Asian gentleman) that they were already closed. This was confusing and left me feeling frustrated.Furthermore, when I inquired about the EV tax credit of $7,500, the same employee mentioned that he didn't have any knowledge about it and suggested I consult someone else to handle my tax filing. This lack of knowledge from the staff was disappointing and left me with unanswered questions.Based on this experience, I have decided not to purchase a Tesla in the future. I hope the dealership can improve its customer service and ensure that employees are knowledgeable and attentive to customers' needs.
