Would have given 0 stars if I could. Tried to return an online order on Black Friday and the store refused because they were “too busy” — there were maybe 10 people in the entire place. Both the associate and the manager kept saying the return process would “take too long” and be impossible, especially since it was paid with Apple Pay. When I mentioned it would have been helpful if the website noted not to return items in-store on Black Friday, the manager defended the brand by saying, “As you can tell, we are very busy.” He even added, “If the line gets backed up, it’s on you”, which was a wild thing to say to a customer simply trying to make a return.
I then asked for a gift card instead (since Apple Pay isn’t supported for in-store returns), and was told the gift card system was conveniently down. After driving 45 minutes to get here, it was clear this was a mix of system limitations and a complete unwillingness to help.
Immediately went to the Vuori store for another return and the experience was the exact opposite. The North Face Bellevue Square location was easily the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any brand store. Clearly they don’t care about losing a longtime customer.

I had a very great consumer experience at this store tonight with the employees assisting me, and answering questions I had. I had a good transaction too. I work as a manager at a different store in that exact mall at Bellevue Square, so from my perspective, I would say the only thing that would be a detractor is the employee who was ringing up my transaction. He appeared to have a slight ego that came across in the way he was speaking which wasn’t allowing him to be his true authentic self, and it could have been the circumstance of him being unconsciously aware of the cocky nature he was presenting. He was a good guy, but not very authentic. Experience was good overall nonetheless.

I have had my black, knee length North Face coat for a while, and recently the zip broke. I went to the store to ask if they could help me get it fixed, and they gave me a new coat! I think this is excellent customer service! The assistant who helped me, Will was also fabulous and a great ambassador for the company.

I came to return a very heavy mechandize. The Sequoia 6 tent just to see the notice that the store is temporarily closed. Now I need to drive 30
mins to a different store in order to return it.

Visited The North Face store at Bellevue Square June 02, 2025 and found that the store is closed for remodel with no clear reopening date posted. Disappointing for a planned visit.

I’ve been a long time TNF customer because of the quality of the product but I choose to visit this store because of the positivity and kindness of the employees. I am always greeted with a smile and an authentic desire to help. I hope the employees at this store are always acknowledged for their commitment to the customer’s experience because they deserve it!

They won’t answer phone calls. Not even an automated message or anything. Just continuous ringing. Double checked the number and called several times on different occasions, not one answer.

Employees were nice but unknowledgeable. Store pretty picked over. No shoe selection at all. Sad that brick and mortar retail is being outpaced online.

Its 4:13pm Sunday store is closed. They said the store is working until 7pm in Sundays. Any information why its closed on the gate, spend a hour to drive here all the way from federal way just for see closed store
