Will give 0 points if I can. Literally the worst I’ve experienced in the States and never thought I’d experience subtle racism like this in Bellevue area: me and my co-worker (we’re man both well over 30 years old) went there on a Sunday for lunch and catch up March Madness games. We sat down and were requested ID, I showed my ID, my co-worker happened to not having the ID on him (it’s Sunday!) but collaboratively showed the waiter his ID picture on the phone. They didn’t accept the digital form so we said okay we don’t have to order any alcoholic beverages we’ll just enjoy our food and watch the game. The waiters started to make a big deal saying they “simply cannot serve beyond that point or he could lose license” and in a way asked us to leave. I got a bit confused and offended trying to explain we have the right to just eat and we’re well over 21 they can see it. One of the waitresses looked at me and even said “you are not 21.” This was literally personal insults. We left and went to a bar a few miles away and were not even carded for drinks. Before we left this place I also noticed we were the only colored customer-to-be at that point in the restaurant, so I don’t know what it is besides abusing the so-called rules to discriminate us. This place owe me and my co-worker a sincere apology, literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in my 10 years in the States.

Solid spot. Typically, I do take-away, its a place that has good prices on sandwiches in Bellevue. Gina and Staff are always friendly, been to the bar a couple times, it can get crowded for an introvert like myself! Good place.

Good food and service, pop in here from time to time to get a bite and catch a bit of a game. Consistently good.

One of the best burgers I have had! Highly recommend the avocado swiss burger! Ate at the bar and our server was great.

If you didn’t know it was there already you might have just missed it. Great spot, we had a really nice time! The staff was clearly working as a team and taking care of each other as well as us, everyone was having such a great time, there was an AM birthday party, sports, laughs - good food and fast too! We will be back!

We went this past Monday,January 15th, I’ve been a customer since 1983.. Gave some feedback on our Nachos to our waitress and it went on deaf ears. Nachos lacked cheese and was cold. Ask waitress to let the cook know and she ignored us. We have never had any issues at the Pumphouse in 40 years.

This place has decent food. There is nothing to brag about or yap about. Just solid decent food. Drinks are par with other local bars. Service is good, and you get your food in a timely matter. The best part is that this location is prime, meaning you can be on 405 in seconds, and parking is a breeze. I would park closer than farther because there is some sketchy areas that the homeless might be attracted to your vehicle..

A rare little true, old school Bar & Grill in Bellevue. 21+ all the time. Menu has a good variety, but they wisely stay in their wheel house. My Patty Melt was classic. The correct ingredients, assembled properly. It had been a while since I've had a patty melt, and WAY longer since I've been here. Of course they have the liqs too. Also a very good tap selection and friendly staff. Bonus: Knew what a SnakeBite was and poored it properly.It was a nice way to start the New Year with a couple friends. Will stop again when I'm coming thru the area again. Parking availability still seemed reasonable.
