Great hotel to stay at in Bellevue downtown. It is right across the Bellevue square so the location is perfect. There is a comprehensive gym on premise. The swimming pool is huge. It is supposed to be a heated one. The water was a little colder than I prefer. I stayed in November 2023.

Nice, spacious, renovated deluxe king on the 19th floor, with soft as cloud bedding and luxurious sheets that had me comfortably sleeping through the night. The location is a skybridge away from the mall, with shopping and dining just minutes away. Highly recommended.

We were not told that this property was undergoing construction at time of booking nor at check-in. We woke up to drilling and hammering above our head to find out that this full hotel renovation was happening from 9am-6pm every day till October!!! They are going floor to floor doing renovations. That’s fantastic as the hotel is dated but it needs to be mentioned at time of booking so customers can choose to stay or not amongst this chaos!!We had a late night out with the kids and were hoping to sleep in before our drive home so this was pretty upsetting.Being a status member has little to no benefits at this property. The complementary breakfast is weak, there is no lounge. You’re offered a free upgrade but who cares when there’s hammering and drilling over your head. Same with late check-out. What’s the point!

Please stay at the Westin or the W right across the way! Also, if you have a chance, enjoy some fine dining for your evening at Cypress Lounge & Wine Bar. An excellent crew is there to take care of you. Fantastic food with a great kitchen staff as well who go above and beyond for the hotel as well. Veterans and the like, so your stay will feel very comfortable being taken care by locals. This location outside of Seattle into beautiful Bellevue gives you the city, with less hustle and bustle for a more laid back and exclusive stay. -you’re gonna wanna try the Baked Spinach Dip for an app, as well as newer menu items and drinks being added that are spectacular creations and firsts to try!

This was our fourth time staying at the Westin and this time around we had the most amazing stay. We picked the hotel based on its proximity to the many yummy restaurants and shops but were pleasantly surprised by their recent update to their rooms. Lovely calm decor, comfortable beds and amazing shower! Room service breakfast was also yummy! We can’t wait to be back :).Rooms: Love the recently renovated deluxe rooms!Walkability: Walking distance to many restaurants. Din Tai Fung is 3 mins away!

Air ventilation is so poor which you may smell when stepping in. It causes me headache and woke up in midnight with a strange smell in the nose. The staff are so friendly however! Good location in Bellevue downtown. I’ll try W hotel in the future if travel to the city.

Over priced. Small rooms. Amenities are low quality. No shower cap. No slippers. Worn out bathrobe (only one in a room). The Staff are friendly, but I was misinformed by the front desk personnel and parking attendant. All for $450 a night. Hyatt Regency is a couple blocks away. They are bigger, better, and lower priced.

We booked 2 nights during the eras tour concert and when we went to check in we were informed after an argument 3 things: 1. there was no room available at all and blamed Expedia for not booking the room even though it was fully paid, please go find another hotel (note all hotels are sold out because of the concert). 2. There's a king size bed room but you have to leave the next day. 3. You can stay in the king size bedroom and leave the second night and get $200 which is less than what I paid for the second night. The Westin clerk wants to do this to sell our room at a higher price because of the concert and leave me with my family of 5 to sleep on the street. Matt helped us the next day and made us stay and apologized about the unprofessional statements from the Westin clerks. I wouldn't stay in this hotel ever again, outdated, dishonest employees, and unprofessional. Thank you Matt, really appreciated it.

We had previously stayed at a competing hotel (Hyatt Regency) but decided to give the Westin Bellevue a try; that was a big mistake. We arrived on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at approximately 4:30 PM. We were told our suite was not ready and that it would be another hour or so. The stated check-in time is 3PM. The reason for the delay was that the suite is bigger, so it takes longer to clean. That was about the lamest excuse I've ever heard. I understand sometimes things happen beyond the control of the hotel, but for the room to not be ready for some 3 hours is ludicrous; you mind as well say the check-in time is TBD (To Be Determined) upon arrival. To be fair, we were offered another room. It wasn't a suite but a Grand Deluxe room which for some reason cost the same as a suite. After having driven some 7 hours, we didn't want to wait another hour so we took the room. I was told the room is like a suite - it was nothing like a suite, other than being a little bigger than your typical room.I expected better from a 4-star hotel in both customer service and the condition of the hotel. The balcony furniture was basically torn and raggedy. A refrigerator in the room was not working. The sink could use a plumber as it drained really slow; even the toilet paper holder was about to fall off because the hardware was barely attached to the wall. The worst part was the room was extremely noisy 24/7 - I initially thought it was the AC but even with the AC off, the noise was constant. It was like we were next to the HVAC or laundry, but the noise would not let up.The room overall, however, was clean. Housekeeping seems to do a good job. And the valet service was good. The walk out balcony was a nice touch, with the exception of the outdoor furniture.I probably could not recommend this hotel. I think I would stay at the Hyatt Regency next time.

Good location, however they don't have a lounge! It is expected from a Westin, especially a 4star hotel that charges a high premium nightly rate. If you order room service, they charge $20 delivery fee! Never have seen something like this before. And to make things worse, they play shady business when it comes to billi g, so make sure you check your account and bill thoroughly! When I caught them, they acted like they were doing me a favor by fixing my billing and fulfilling their commitments! Good thing I had documentation of everything from my Marriott reservation emails. Overall, not worh the price! There are far more better hotels in the area.

First, this hotel is definitely not a 4.4 star standard. The location is great but for the price of 600$/night you are better of at the W hotel across the street.Second, The hotel is run down, the carpet in the hallway are dirty. The room is okay at the best. They are clean at the lowest standard but the furniture and the bed is rundown. Being status member holder gets you nothing, I am a gold member and still got a room at 5 floor with the view of the building across street and the pool roof. There is daily construction from 9am-6pm which was not mentioned anywhere when I was making my booking, so working from your room is out.Third, the pool looks good in the photos which I believe is from the hotel opening era. The amount of the chlorine in the water will make swimsuits lose color and skin red. The water is not clear at all and the hot tub is full of foam! So you know what that means. If you could get this hotel for under $250 it just worth the location, but other than that there is nothing special about it.Walkability: Shopping mall, and restaurants

The hotel was fine for my business stay. The rooms are already a bit old, but they’re clean and spacious. There’s also a small pool and gym. What I was missing in the rooms was a proper ventilation or the possibility to simply open a window and let fresh air in.Hotel breakfast is around 30$ which is quite a lot for just a selection on fruits, breads and some warm stuff. Some vegetables would have been nice.Hotel staff more or less helpful, had to ask multiple times for a few basic things like a bill.

The hotel has nice enough rooms, they are what you would expect..If you are staying there for work and plan to use the bar, it’s not really got much of an atmosphere so you’ll more likely head over the road to the multitude of restaurants or head to the Irish bar a block away.It has that Westin smell, but they don’t put that in the rooms so if you don’t like it you are safe in the rooms.Conference facilities are typical, but the food served at the conferences is actually pretty good. With the Westin and the W right next door, you may get a little disoriented as to which is your hotel by the signage unless you know this. My first visit I caught myself following W signs thinking they were just using shorthand on some of the signs, I know colleagues claim to have had this issue also.

A hotel our family has been coming to for years. We prefer staying in Bellevue vs Seattle, even when our activities might be in Seattle. Great restaurants, parks, things to do when we visit the city. The Westin is consistently clean and comfortable with very attentive staff. Always a great stay. I love the lobby and the grand entrance, tall ceilings and beautiful decor…. Definitely recommend

The location is fantastic, easy to get in and out of, parking is free on the weekend and it’s a very short walk to the malls and restaurants. We stayed in a newly renovated room, just completed last week, so it had a new room smell, was clean and the ambiance was great. I liked the color palette, the light fixtures, the full couch and the window with a great view. The downfalls were that I didn’t know the hotel was being renovated as there was no mention on the app while booking, so we did hear a little noise from that. What was worse though, was hearing the noises from my neighbors bathroom, the shower running is loud, plus I could hear people in their bathroom doing “bathroom” things while I was in my bathroom. We did order breakfast from room service and it was great, until I noticed the bread was moldy. I called and complained and someone was sent up to the room to investigate right away She apologized and took $12 off my bill.Overall the stay was good and I’d stay there again.Rooms: New, clean, full couchNearby activities: Shopping, restaurants, parkWalkability: Close to malls, restaurants
