We were contacted by this insurance agent offering to bundle renters and car insurance when we were considering buying a new car. It sounded like a good deal, so we reached back out once we purchased the vehicle—only to be told they don’t offer car insurance to new drivers without an existing insurance history. Then why offer the bundle at all?
To make matters worse, their communication was painfully slow. We had to follow up multiple times just to get basic answers, and each time felt like we were being brushed off. The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. If you’re a new driver or buying your first car, look elsewhere—they won’t be there when it counts.
