We lost our cart while shopping, and when we went to get our cart, it was gone. Looked for 20 minutes until my dad spotted the manager with our cart. We asked for our cart and she talked to us like children and said that it's not okay to leave our cart when we are older than she is. She then threatened to steal our bags next time we leave our cart. When we finally got our cart she spent the rest of our time there glaring at us and whispering to her employees. Place is fine, but management horrible. 0/10, never coming here again.

Natalia is the worst manager I have ever seen. I used to like going to the TJMaxx store in Factoria Square mall in Bellevue. But my recent experiences were not so great.I recently went in December 2023 when I witnessed how the store manager (Natalia) was talking down to an employee and shutting her off while she was trying to talk. That employee looked upset and embarrassed. I felt bad for her, because no one deserves to be treated like that, but I did nothing and walked away.Next time I came to the store that same manager was there again. She was assisting an employee that was helping me at the cash register. I asked them about the return policy and that really pissed Natalia off. She was extremely rude to me when answering and kept talking in an accusing manner, like I did something wrong. It was really unpleasant. After that I had enough and decided to leave.Natalia is completely unprofessional. She needs to be retrained or let go. Since I don't know her last name I can only describe her. She has dark blond, shoulder-length hair and speaks with a Russian accent. If someone knows her please comment here, because other managers in that store don't seem to care neither about the store reputation and an adequate customer care nor about the lower-level employees who have to tolerate the toxic environment that manager facilitates.

This store is HORRIBLE. Customer service and managers are incredibly RUDE and not customer-centric. In general I love shopping all the TJX brands including Marshalls, HomeGoods, and TJ Maxx. Unfortunately I have had two horrendous experiences in one week. The worst one was with "coordinator" Roman S and his jewelry associate. I purchased a pair of 14k earrings and a "Made in Italy" leather handbag from the Woodinville TJ Maxx location for a total of $250 dollars earlier in the afternoon that same day but decided to return them because I found a few other items I liked better. I brought my original receipt and all original tags were attached to the two items. When I tried to return them here in Bellevue because it is closer to my home, they told me that the items were not returnable because the tag on the earrings was not installed the way they do at their store and the brand of leather bag was something they don't sell. However, after verifying the tag for the bag in their system, Roman said, "Sorry, it actually does match the verification and yes I can return it." I was like, well yes, of course it matches. I bought it earlier this afternoon! He offered to return it for me but then the other associate said, "Well why don't you just go to Woodinville where you came from?" I was very frustrated and called the Woodinville store. They apologized and said they would take care of me at their store if I could come back there. I drove 30 minutes to go back to this store from Bellevue. Christopher the manager at Woodinville was wonderful. He verified that yes indeed the earrings were stamped 14k gold and the leather bag was absolutely verified in their system. He said that their store had run out of the usual jewelry tags that attach to their earrings and so a replacement tag was made for the earrings before I bought them. That was why the tag looked different. He apologized and helped me with my return. After this experience at Bellevue TJ Maxx I do not plan to ever support them again. They made me feel like a criminal when I did absolutely nothing wrong. Even other customers watching told me "Wow, I can't believe how they treated you (meaning Roman and his jewelry associate)." As I was walking out I could also hear the jewelry associate saying very unkind words about me behind my back. This is unacceptable. TJ Maxx has lost me as a return customer. I will take my business elsewhere. Avoid this Bellevue store.

Good selection of items. Found the housewares, pet toys, and beauty aisles has the best items. Halloween decode was super fun and bought a few things. Clothes were ok. Was a bit hard to find the store from inside the mall. Signs kept showing arrows for tj maxx by target but you have to go outside target or nearby stores to reach tj maxx.

Old Asian lady working there is not a good customer service representative. . She treated us like we were ghosts . . We told the manager on the way out. . Hopefully someone speaks with her . .
