Excellent store selection. 2 stars off because we ordered online four different wines because of their listed vintage. When we picked them up, none of them were the online year, all newer by up to 3 years. Associates shrugged. Which I understand, they aren't responsible for the website. But TW shouldn't list the year online and show it is in stock if it isn't. Bins in the store are incorrectly listed the same way.

Excellent selection, their sommelier, Tyler, helped me find Julienas red burgundy wine for pairing with aged cheddar. It was delicious, I highly recommend this location for wine 😊

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, the selection is amazing, even the beer which they actually had my favorite from Laos (in singles only sadly).

This store is good because of its big selection of wine. However, the employees, not so much. When I asked one of the employees to help me with something, he didn’t acknowledge me or look at me for a good 15 seconds. Then he asked me what I needed and when I told him, he said that he is too busy helping someone else and cannot help me and walked away. This is rude and disrespectful! Other employees/ wine helpers were also not welcoming and not helpful. I think they should work on improving their customer service experience.

Staff knows their stuff, able to answer questions quickly and efficiently. Willing to show and explain about the variety they have and what is coming in and when.
