Went in yesterday to get balloons for my son's birthday and one of the larger ones did not stand up to the ride on the way home. We went back in and the kind folks at Party City not only gave him a new one of the same kind but also some additional balloons. They made our day and my son can't stop talking about it now with everyone. :) We are coming back here for all our party needs.
Also, to mention we get greeted on every entry and there is always someone easily reachable to answer in-store questions on what and where to find items.
