“We were visiting Bellevue from Portland over Memorial Day weekend and happened to come across Bricks and Wheels because my son loves LEGO. We found a used Jurassic World set that he was really excited about, so we bought it and brought it back home.
Once we got back to Portland and started building it, we noticed a few pieces were missing. It was not a huge deal, but I reached out to Aaron and he immediately made it right. He got the missing pieces together and shipped them down to us, and even included a couple of minifigs as a thoughtful gesture for the inconvenience.
As someone who works in customer service myself, I really appreciate when a business takes care of its customers like that. Aaron and Bricks and Wheels went above and beyond, and it definitely left a great impression on us.
