I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. The owner and I were going back and forth through phone calls and texts a day prior to showing up in the morning. I told him the vehicle I had that I wanted to trade for a car he had listed. He told me to come the next day and we could work something out. He then GAVE ME a call and we went over more details of when to meet and I told him i'd be there first thing in the morning when they open.I showed up at the time he told me he would be open and texted him in the morning when I was leaving since I live 45 min away. I get there and give him a call and he said he would be there in 15 which ended up being around 45 min. The car I wanted to see wasn't on the lot so I was a bit confused. When he pulled in, he pulled in with a completely different vehicle and told me he didn't know I was going to be there in the morning. When HE called me the night before and told me what time he would be open. He kept repeating himself and I told him I was not here to play games. I used to own a used dealership as of a year ago and I only came because he told me to come knowing what I was expecting. He then proceeded by saying "Why would I want your car?" And then asked me if I wanted to buy his business. I contued to tell him I was not looking to trade my car with his sight unseen and he kept saying "Why? It only has 9k miles? What do you need to see?" The audacity this man has, I kept my cool until he continued to run his mouth. He is a wholesaler, all he's looking for is a quick flip on his cars. His lot looks like a junkyard and is an eyesore in the middle of Bellevue. He says he's been doing this for 16 years but it seems like even that wasn't enough experience to know how to properly run the place. He's washed up and probably won't last long in this market. If you're reading this and the rest of his reviews hoping that your experience will be different.. don't waste your time. Even if the trade went through I would rather not do business with a sleezy guy like himself.

Called to ask about a car and it’s history. They didn’t even try. Did a auto check AND Carfax and one of the two showed rebuilt title. Washed title cars!! Beware

Washed title!! BEWARE. Every car here has been in accidents that he's trying to hide. Extremely poor service, communication, rudeness, and much more. Stay far away.

I worked with Nick on a Nissan Leaf purchase (I think it was his dad who did the closing paperwork). Nick was friendly, courteous, and kind to my young kiddos who of course had a thousand stories they needed to tell him. The man who closed out paperwork was friendly enough as well. This is not a squeaky clean dealership where they are going to follow you around and cater to your every whim and question. It runs like you would expect a small, maybe slightly old-school family operation. No flair, no shiny showroom, just cars for sale.I read a few other reviews and came to the lot with my guard up. I asked extra questions on the phone and in person to try to catch any red flags or resistance, ready to walk off if anything "smelled funny". I was pleasantly surprised. They were not rude at all, but I can see folks getting upset if they're expecting to be treated like royalty like some nice dealerships do.Not saying they've never treated anyone unkindly, but my experience was good.

Dishonest seller: says you can come see the car but no one is there who can help you, lies in his ads, increases the price mid negotiation, says you can take the car to mechanic to check it out - then won't let you drive it off the lot. Make sure you pull the CarFax yourself. The ad is complete fiction. No issues translates as the car has had damage reported three times. A complete j*** too.

They even sell title washed cars.Do not trust the vehicle title even if it is clean , get a detailed report before buying from these guys.

So we worked out a deal on Friday to come get the car on Monday. I called my bank and got the loan; had to take my time and have a credit repot pulled and this shady a****** doesn't have the cat when I go in on Monday after he had agreed that it was mine and he would hold it. He says his "son sold it over the weekend." What a piece of sh!t; this is why this type of dealership is dying. F this place, even of they have a car you think you want, they will screw you somehow, that's a guarantee.

Spoke with Nick two times before driving all the way to Bellevue telling him we were coming over. No one was here when we arrived. Finally some old guy drives up and yells at us “what do you want!†We asked him about the car of interest and told him we wanted to bring it for a pre-sale inspection. He said “what do the idiot mechanics know? If you want it, you buy it!†Wow. AVOID at all costs. Please save yourself the trouble.

Avoid this place. I came in on a van and after test driving and asking about a bunch of dents I told them I'd be back that dayday w financing from my bank. They asked that I call before I come back because they might close early. I called them later that day to tell them I had it and was ready to come back only to receive a whole bunch of excuses as to why we had to wait until tomorrow. I get there at open the next day and there are two men there from a dealership in OR that they had called to come up to get it AFTER I TOLD THEM I HAD FINANCING. However, they had been supposed to meet an hour ago and had not been told about the condition of the vehicle. No one showed up for an additional hour after I got there. When Ara pulled up he started mouthing off to them and they decided it wasn't worth it and drove away. I start working with Ara on the paperwork and he takes a call on the van and tells them it's available and to come down for it RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME WHILE WE ARE SIGNING PAPERS. He then asks me if I can take it tomorrow since they needed to clean out the back (they had a bunch of someone's stuff in the back) to which I told him I needed it today. He kept asking when the bank would send the check and when they sent him tracking info for it they cleaned it out and gave it to me. Since I was buying from out of state he refused to give me a temp tag and made me drive to the DMV to get my own. The DMV and my lender were very confused as to why he wouldn't give me one but they made me pay for one anyways (why not). Once I left, he proceeded to call me TWICE a day over the entire weekend to ask where the check was. The tracking number which had been emailed directly to them showed it would be there Monday and I told him that everytime he called and he would still call again a few hours later.

This place is terrible. I called beforehand to tell them I wanted to look at a certain car. When I got there I had to wait for 30 minutes cause they didn't know I was coming...somehow. They're arrogant and rude. I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Awful, awful, awful - left there feeling dirty and angry. Ara seemed to have several issues with working with me. The first was that I was female. He asked several times if my husband would be back to work with him, inferring that he didn't want to waste his time with me. Secondly, he wouldn't let me get the car on his lot inspected by any repair firm or dealership. He stated those that did car inspections were scammers and crooks and we're just trying to make money. When I insisted on a car inspection, he continued with all kinds of excuses that were random, suspicious and unfounded. I said that if the car was in good condition than the inspection would support his claim.

Bought a Nissan Leaf here in 2016. They had apparently fabricated the CarFax because I went to trade it in today and they pulled the actual CarFax in the vehicle has "frame damage:". Basically, I can sell it for scrap now. DON"T SHOP HERE. If you do, get your own CarFax.

I bought a car over a month ago and still do not have the title. Worse yet, they are not responding to my voicemails and emails. Feels like a scam!
