“This a great location got there they don’t have a truck I need but the manager and the lady that works there help me find one and save me time to look around. The store is b dry clean and best customer service. Go here you it’s the best.”

“Overall, it had a good experience and it was pretty easy. I booked online and a couple hours later went and picked it up. It’s only took about five minutes. One downside is that they don’t have any parking space at this location and you have to park across the street, not really a big deal but that is how it is. Be prepared to park your car across the street at Starbucks. Another thing was that the customer service is not the best and the guy that was checking me out, behaved, as if though I am asking him for a personal favor. My friend, you are working here and that is your job. We were the main concern is that how expensive it is! How can you charge someone $1.59 per mile, that is ridiculous. Those are the old trucks and charging people dollar 59 per mile is just not fair. That’s about a rate what UBER cost to transport people in their own car. Other than that, everything went nice and smooth.”
“Very honest and transparent. Quick to pick up rental and drop off after. Staff was helpful with questions I had. Even let me examine the trucks to pick the one I liked most. No hidden fees (yet), unlike uhaul.
I’ll be coming back to this location for next move.”
“Horrible service picking up the car. Lady at the preferred service queue shouting to our face and not being helpful at all, sending us away without even asking what the situation was while we queued up twice for over 30 minutes. We spent a total of 2 hours just trying to pick up our car because of this.
Edit: changed this review from 1 to 4 stars. The lady who eventually helped us upstairs was fantastic, very customer focused and gave us a free upgrade. Additionally, the experience returning the car was super fast and when I asked for my receipt to be printed it didn’t even take a minute.”
