Visited the Uniqlo in Bellevue Square Mall and was impressed by how spacious and well-stocked it was with a wide variety of options. However, during our visit, several employees were busy readjusting wall décor and large photo frames, which made parts of the store feel a bit chaotic. As a dad with kids running around, I was a little uneasy seeing certain aisles partially blocked off with no clear signage or safety barriers. I’m someone who notices those things, and it took away from the shopping experience. It also felt like there weren’t many employees readily available to assist customers on the floor. Overall, decent selection but the store operations during our visit felt off.

I had a really upsetting experience at this store today. As I was leaving, the security detector beeped, and a staff member stopped me. It turned out I still had a pair of pants draped over my arm—something I completely forgot about after trying them on. I immediately apologized and explained that I had meant to leave them in the fitting room. For context, the pants were $15, and I had no intention of taking them without paying.
What happened next made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The staff member searched my shopping bag and took out the bra and underwear I had just purchased. Then he called over two more male staff members, and the three of them began inspecting my receipt, bra and underwear I bought. I was surrounded, alone, and felt completely humiliated. Even after I explained everything, they continued treating me with suspicion.
Yes, I made a mistake by absentmindedly carrying out the pants, but the situation was escalated unnecessarily. After I explained, they could have handled it with more understanding and respect instead of treating me like a criminal.
I left the store feeling deeply wronged and upset. I wish I had spoken up more in the moment, but I’m writing this now to express how I feel. I really hope the store reconsiders its approach to situations like this—especially when dealing with innocent mistakes. Treating customers with dignity should always come first.

One of your Sales Associates named Ana helped me on my visit. I was looking for a product that was low on stock and she helped me locate it. She was ready and happy to help customers! She has wonderful customer service skills, cheerful, and very respectful. Thank you again, Ana kudos to you!

Very nice store with very friendly staff. A wide choice in each clothing category and in colors. The store is large, very tidy and very clean. Men, women, children or teenagers, everyone can find what they are looking for there.

Service is suck, Return policy is rediculous. The JP-trainee guy moved us on the side and told us they need to help other person, but unfortunately, there wasn't anyone behind us. I told him well, I need help with the online purchase too since you guys don't have the item at the store. Theu just denied to help us because they didn't even know how's the online order's portal work. The management should retrain the worker here. Spent 20 mins without resolving my problems which is so insane.
