This store location is very big with a good selection of clothing at a good price. I went on a Sunday, and it was packed. There was a long line for the fitting rooms, but the checkout line was short. The self checkout was fast and convenient.

Your return policy is so terrible. 1) needing to return to the original store location? 2) requiring the tag still be attached? We love the clothing but is seems like loyal customers should be able to return an ill-fitting shirt a day later to a close by store to the original location (ex: southcenter vs Bellevue).

The return policy here is ridiculous. It's not just that you must return to the same store with the tags, you can't even get store credit without the tags despite the item being elsewise in perfect condition. This policy is so greedy and nobody at this store saw fit to rise above it to retain a customer. No thanks. You can get linen and cotton shirts in white or navy almost anywhere. I don't recommend you get them here. 2 stars because the store is at least clean and organized.

I have been waiting for the CLAMP shirts since I have heard about them, and they're finally here! The shirts are located at the back in the left side. They're not cheap like the other clothing here. There's a very interesting self-checkout. You put your orders in the checkout box instead of scanning a barcode, and it will list out what you have. Must have some kind of camera.

Basic styles of clothing for men and women. They carry a wide selection of shirts, jackets, pants, and other clothing accessories. The prices are super cheap and the quality is pretty good. The store is well laid out, so it's easy to find what you're looking for.

I recently purchased a winter jacket from UNIQLO, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. UNIQLO is an excellent choice for winter jackets, and I had a fantastic experience with their teal jacket during a hike to North Cascades. The quality of UNIQLO jackets is exceptional. The materials used are durable, ensuring that the jacket will withstand cold weather conditions and keep you warm and comfortable. The attention to detail in the design and construction is evident, providing a stylish and functional outerwear option. The teal jacket I purchased from UNIQLO was perfect for my hike to North Cascades. It provided the necessary insulation against the cold temperatures, while also being lightweight and easy to pack. The color was vibrant and eye-catching, adding a touch of style to my outdoor adventure. One of the things I appreciate about UNIQLO is its commitment to offering affordable options without compromising on quality. The price point for their winter jackets is reasonable, especially considering the level of warmth and durability they provide. UNIQLO jackets often deliver great value for the money. The variety of styles and sizes available at UNIQLO is impressive. Whether you're looking for a puffer jacket, a parka, or a down jacket, you're likely to find something that suits your preferences and fits well. The range of colors and designs also allows for personal expression and versatility in your winter wardrobe.Overall, I highly recommend UNIQLO for anyone in need of a reliable and stylish winter jacket. The quality, affordability, and variety of options make it a go-to brand for cold-weather gear. My teal jacket from UNIQLO performed exceptionally well during my hike, and I'm confident that it will continue to serve me well in future winter adventures.

You cannot return online orders to stores. If you buy in store, you can only return to that exact store. Their clothes are mostly great, but sizing is all over the place so you will inevitably need to return or exchange something. There’s no free shipping for online returns, so it would make sense to allow customers to drive items to stores physically. This is because… it’s too complicated for them to manage inventory? How does literally every other large retailer in the world pull off such a feat? Hm idk maybe they get some computers and pay staff to manage an online database!

I absolutely LOVE Uniqlo! With my ever-changing wardrobe, I am so thankful that Uniqlo has various clothing options available, from basics to high fashion collaborations. I swear you will always have a reason to visit Uniqlo. HOWEVER, I will say Uniqlo has (for me and my husband personally) one of the worst customer service systems I have ever experienced. The first experience we had was when placing an order for one of the Uniqlo U drops. We were unfortunately sent a completely different person's order and when reporting it to Uniqlo's customer service they informed us that we would need to help them redeliver the package that was originally delivered to us and that we would not be able to receive the clothing that we had originally ordered as it was ALL sold out. The second and most recent issue we had was for a pair of trousers that we were also purchased from the Uniqlo U line. While attempting to get the trousers hemmed we were informed that we could not proceed as the order pick-up was not processed correctly by a staff member so our order was unfortunately not in their system. The M.O.D attempting to help the situation seemed very unsure as to what to do, so we decided to reach out to customer service. When we contacted customer service they told us they'll ask the Bellevue management for clarification and that they would get back to us as soon as possible. After several days of them not responding we sent them a follow-up email checking in. The next day (after still not responding) they ended up refunding our order for the trousers. Since we still had not heard back from them, we emailed them asking if we would be able to get them hemmed as that was originally what we wanted to do and we got a random reply saying that if you can always get your items hemmed they just will not be the same as when you purchase them. Seeing as this is somewhat of a recurring problem I can only imagine the staff's frustration whenever trying to help clarify normal processes. I do hope this gets better as Uniqlo is still one of my favorite places to shop and of course there is always room for improvement.

Staff in the fitting room in Bellevue Square needs more training on customer service. He’s just plain rude. I love uniqlo but you lost my business today.

Uniqlo's self-checkout system is truly awesome! Unlike other stores where you have to scan each item before paying, Uniqlo's self-checkout system is designed to make the checkout process faster and more convenient.Instead of scanning each item, all you have to do is place your items on the checkout counter, and the system will automatically recognize each item and add it to your bill. This saves a lot of time, especially during peak hours when the lines can get long. The system is also very intuitive and easy to use, making it accessible to anyone, regardless of their technical ability. And if you do run into any issues, there is always a staff member nearby to assist you.In addition to being fast and convenient, the self-checkout system is also very secure. You can pay with your preferred method, be it credit card or cash, and the system will process your payment quickly and accurately.Overall, Uniqlo's self-checkout system is an excellent example of how technology can make our lives easier and more convenient. It's a fantastic addition to the store, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their shopping experience.

With the implementation of self check out you can now have a zero customer service experience! No one on the floor, no one at the dressing rooms, && now no one at the check out! So glad they keep raising prices and cutting meaningless costs, like employment!

We're so glad this great international store is conveniently located in Bellevue! The durable and comfortable clothing for all ages, in-store hemming services, and the quick return/refund service are all reasons to stop in if you're looking for quality clothing, or are curious about this Japanese clothing store while waiting for your table at Kizuki next door. The closest Bellevue Square parking lot is the small one with the 90-minute spots that can be accessed most directly from NE 4th.
