Used to be good. Manny not so great. Previous owners awesome.
I would like legal representation as to why I cannot have a mailbox here with only my passport. I lived here and owned home for 30 years. Friends with previous owners. Raised children in this beautiful area. Now that have retired, am legally living in another country, I seem to have no rights in my own as I sold my home.

Extremely poor customer service at this location. For two days, I asked the employee five different times if my package had arrived. She only checked by my last name and repeatedly told me it wasn’t there, despite the email saying it was ready for pickup. At another UPS Store, they checked using my tracking number and confirmed the package was here all along. When I returned and they finally gave me my package, the employee refused to apologize and instead blamed me, saying I “didn’t give the tracking number ” — even though she never asked for it. Completely unacceptable.

I stopped by to drop off a few Amazon returns, and took all of them back. Need some tape? we cannot let you use our tape. Need a label for the drop off? use our printing service for 3 $. I'll go to a different store, one that values their customers and shows intent to serve them.

Worst experience out of all the UPS stores, and among any of the other shipping companies. The lady who helped me was very rude. I had packed my box very nicely but I usually hold off on taping my box shut until I am at the drop off point and ensure all I need to have is in the box. So I asked if I could borrow their tape to tape shut my box before shipping it. She just rudely pointed to some paper stating that I needed to bring the box and seal. I had to nicely plea 3-4 times before she reluctantly slapped one small piece of tape on the box. If the contents of this box gets damaged. I am literally coming to UPS for damages.
I wonder how they allow someone with such a terrible attitude work in customer service. It’s as if they don’t want people’s business.

Don't come here if you don't have printed tag. They will charge you 1.99 or 1.19 if you use their print service to print by yourself. So why not just ask them to come to your place to pick up with about 3 dollars more, and they will bring the tag for you.

Forced to “rent “ a computer to print documents; function on printer disabled.
Did not honor coupon on ups website for printing document for notary.

The worst UPS I’ve ever been to! I went to print a bunch of documents before my meeting, but the experience was terrible. The older guy who was the only one working had me wait for five minutes first then told me to do it myself on his computer and left to help another customer. The printer stopped halfway through, and he asked if I could skip the rest of the documents. When I said no, he grabbed the papers from me and said, "I cannot have you here then." I ended up being late to my meeting because I had to go to FedEx to finish printing. Printing papers is a simple job, but if you can't provide that service, you should let your customers know upfront!
