4-5 people line, only about 2 min wait. Single sales person was very efficient and courteous.Very different from the UPS store on 132nd Ave and 68th St - that one is the WORST UPS store in history.

They advertise being able to take USPS, but turned me away. I also had 100s of dollars worth of UPS packages to pay to ship out. I decided to take my business elsewhere. UPS stores are franchises, I’d advise everyone to take your business to another owner with better business sense.

Went out of his way to be unhelpful. UPS link wasn’t working but would email easily and he said he “didn’t have time to print it”. The file was there and ready. Go to the Crossroads location if possible.

I will do whatever I can to avoid this location in the future. I’m not sure if the management team is different than other stores in the area, but this store just is not rightCame in for an online return. Had a scannable return label on my phone, which the original vendor told me I could bring into a UPS store to initiate a return (a return label I paid for online). This store informed me that they would have to charge me to print the scannable label.It is such a silly business decision to turn away customers by adding on charges like this. I’ll happy use other UPS store locations in the future

I'm reading these reviews and wow, I've never experienced what others with 1 star reviews have experienced. I've been coming here many years now and I've shipped, used their rotary services and I rent a mailbox from them. They've always been efficient, helpful, cheerful and kind to me.

I always preferred to come to this UPS store. They always fast, kind, knowledgeable.Last week on September 1st I met two new for me staff members. Both were very rude and disrespectful. Except me was no more clients . When I asked for scissors to cut part of return label, reaction was like I ask something outrageous. Never experienced so rude costumer service!Maybe it’s officially I have to tape my boxes . But never had complaints from representatives that it my job . Always polite.One of them screamed , after giving me scissors, that taping is my job. Never come there again!

The Worst Customer Service I've ever received from a UPS store. I ordered merchandise from an online store that offered free shipping to UPS stores instead of my address, since I was a victim of mail theft, I opted for this option since it is the safest offered by the website. When I went to pick up my merchandise the Store owner told me, do not ship the packages again to my location, or I will charge you $5 per package in the future. I proceeded to show the label where it said: "Do Not Charge The Customer", he responded I'm a franchise owner, and will charge you $5 to pick up your package, even if any website allows you to ship to UPS stores for free.

I’ve shipped many items from this store and the employees have always been helpful and quick. Grace, the owner, actually went out of her way to pack an oddly shaped item that involved taping multiple boxes together and disassembling the item. Super helpful through it all.

Staff in the store are theives!!!!My return package is lost/stolen at this store!I dropped it off this store and they asked the price of the return package. After several days I found the tracking number was not being updated. Then I contacted Amazon and the merchandise. They never even scanned my package!!! The package is totally lost and I could not even ask Amazon for a refund!

The weirdest UPS visit I ever had happened at this store weeks ago. An African employee greeted me in two different languages(shalom/bonjour), even though I am from remotely different race. Then, he started talking about my last name. All I wanted to do was ship a simple return package. I hate playing the race card, but the whole experience was bizarre and made me uncomfortable.
