I recently visited my local UPS store to return a couple of packages to Amazon, as I have done for the past two years. However, I was disappointed to discover a new policy that prevented me from using their packing tape to secure my packages. While I understand that it is my responsibility to pack the items, I couldn't help but feel frustrated by the sudden change in service.The staff member informed me that the store's new owner had implemented this policy to save on costs. While I appreciate the need for businesses to be cost-effective, it was disheartening to see a longtime loyal customer like myself being affected by such a small cost-cutting measure. It made me question the value they placed on customer satisfaction.I had been using their packing tape without any issues for the past two years, and it was surprising to encounter this change. It seemed unnecessary, especially considering the previous convenience and service I had experienced at this UPS store. This sudden change left me feeling unappreciated as a customer.As a result, I have decided that I will no longer be returning to this UPS store. While it may seem like a small matter, I believe that customer satisfaction and convenience should be a priority for businesses. Unfortunately, this new policy has demonstrated a shift in priorities that does not align with my expectations as a customer.I hope that the management of this UPS store takes customer feedback into consideration and evaluates the impact of such policy changes on their loyal customer base. In the future, I would suggest that they communicate any changes in service or policies to their customers in advance, allowing for a smoother transition and maintaining customer satisfaction.Overall, this recent experience has left me disappointed, and I will be looking for alternative options for my shipping needs in the future.

Best experience for a shipment gone wrong. I recently had a monitor and Xbox shipped to CA. Sadly the monitor was damaged upon arrival. The team at this location was fantastic. Kind, and professional, and every team member that I was in contact with made this experience so seamless and took care of the claim in a speedy manner. Massive thanks for the amazing customer service.

Best experience ever. It’s the cleanest UPS store I have been to. Went in for notary, staff was very helpful and more importantly they have notary available at all time of store hours even on weekends. This is my go to store. Thank you for opening 7 days a week guys.

This place is always amazing customer service! But now with the new owners everything change, trying to save a couple bucks on tape now they require you to pack everything for system assisting you. I do business here more than 10 years, but since the new owner took over customer service at this locations is worsen. I will take my business somewhere else. I work next to the Factoria. There is a UPS there. I remember their service is still amazing. Don’t do business here ever again.

Usually my experience here is awesome. All of the customer service reps have been wonderful to work with. However today, the Asian man with glasses (and no this is not racist - I am Asian myself) was awful. He lectured me about a return that REQUIRED NO PACKAGING - that it wasn’t packaged properly. I showed him my email instructions from the vendor and explained no packaging was necessary and he was ver condescending “don’t worry mam, we all get it wrong, I’ll package it this time for you.”He also took about 10 minutes refunding a woman $6.31 and gave her the wrong amount. And was rude and condescending to her as well.Whoever the store manager is here - please make this man take some customer service training!!! He needs it!!!

We can always relay on this store for all UPS shipment and dropping the package. This store also support Notary signature.This store always have exceptional customer service representative.

AMAZON returns:They have stopped scanning the QR code from amazon app or email so they can make 3 $ from printing it for you.I used to just scan the QR code and drop off the amazon return.The guy is also very rude that I can not scan from mobile and you have to pay printing charge and email QR code their email.It is super annoying. Please go to some other near by UPS they will just scan QR code from email on your mobile and drop the package. You don’t have pay it anything.

I was VERY nervous to pack my $2,000 music equipment. The owners have been ignoring my calls! And when I receive it was completely damaged!! She said she started a claim and would let me know what to do next. I called and called and called and emailed. NOTHING! I originally loved this store and now I think they are completely a holes out for money and I am beyond furious!!!!! I don't know what good the hundreds of dollars for insurance was for cause they won't return and called and messages ive left. I spent thousands here shipping 3 LARGE LARGE BOXES. ALL TO COME BACK WET AND DAMAGED, THEY MAIN THING I WORRIED ABOUT WAS SO DINGED UP. JUST WOW.

We had the best service ever! They even stayed after the store closed and treated us like family. I would highly recommended going to this store you will not be disappointed.
