Don’t come here. They charge for label printing. But will gladly print the receipt on a label for free.

We were trying to return an Amazon package and didn't know that you needed a printed label (Kohl's just asks for a QR code). The guy said he could print it out and then added a $2.75 charge for it. We said we were surprised, but then he got very condescending and proceeded to tear the label off. We walked out. Unpleasant experience, find another possibly less racist UPS store next time.

I went there as soon as they opened on a Tuesday morning to print something very important for my errands that day, and the staff was really friendly and nice. There seems to have a system update the day before and I might be the first person that was there to print the day after the update so things were not yet very smooth. But the staff tried everything to help me. He tried all the printers he had, added my device to the Wi-Fi to accelerate the process, and eventually used staff room printer to print. The whole process took him about 20mins, but he had been always very patient and did his best.
It was really important documents for me, and I really appreciate his effort on it. Saved my day!
