I have no clue how this place got any bad reviews!?! I've been using them daily for 8 solid yrs& i have literally known every single employee during those yrs. They go WAY above and beyond for me and always have... Of course, I'm super friendly to them and I speak to them like human beings, but I've witnessed ppl be heinously rude to them. They never lost their temper with the rude customers, either. I did, however. These ppl are saints. If I'm shipping something important, i ONLY trust UPS Factoria. It's always on time, they never have ever lost a pkg of mine. I mean, they treat me like family. That's why I spend the money on a box there. Are they the very cheapest place in the world? No, but you get what you pay for in the mail world. How important is your stuff to you? Mine's important so it's nothing less than UPS Factorja for me. Always the best. Id give this place and every employess 10 stars and a vacation if I could. Use them. You won't regret it.

I recently switched to this UPS store from another one, and have been delighted to od so. Starting with Cecelia Hong, the owner and the rest of the staff, these people do an impressive job. It is a very busy store that has a lot of traffic. But the staff keeps things moving very efficiently. They are polite, attentive and professional. What else can one expect from any small business?

They give you higher price compared to the app. I asked a simple question about delivery and they had no idea. My wife who just had a knee surgery had to wait a long time standing there because they would not know how to handle packages. Even the branch owner lady seems clueless. No hello or bye, no smile. I do not wish to use their service anymore.

Tried to return a mattress. Purchased a 4 mil mattress bag for the shipment however they said it was too large to ship via UPS. There was no other way to return it via Amazon so they instructed me to just have Amazon pick it up sarcastically. I then proceeded to try to fold the mattress and was able to meet their size parameters, but then they refused the item because it was not in its original box (which is vacuum sealed for the manufacturer). It was clear that they did not want to deal with this issue and we’re just trying to put up road blocks. They might be good at sending smaller packages, but I was not impressed with the attitude of customer service whatsoever.

Wonderful customer service! I was there on a Sunday, and the manager warmly greeted us at the door when she saw me struggling to get my family member out of the car with his walker. Once inside, she offered a chair that he could sit on during our notary process. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, and I would definitely recommend this UPS store.

I stop by this UPS Store frequently to ship packages, both domestic and international, and the service is always reliable and efficient. Whether I’m dropping off pre-packaged, labeled boxes or shipping directly from the counter, the staff is always professional and quick. The store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I’ve never had any issues with shipments from this location. Definitely a dependable spot for all your shipping needs.

Kindest store manager to help out with our multiple tasks! Ryan was so patient at explaining the steps and I've been here a few times and every time the staff have been quick and helpful with shipping/packaging. Appreciate the local ups! They are also certified to notarize your documents.
