I don't understand the complaints (and ratings) here about bad service. This is a busy store, and the "old asian" owner tries his best to accommodate everyone. I have seen (many times) the staff simply trying their best to speed things up while still being courteous. This is a UPS store, not a restaurant- it's more important to get things moving then chit chat about your day or provide the best customer experience- they are nice folks, but their attention is (rightly) focused on shipping stuff accurately. My favorite UPS location, in and out :)

The older Asian gentleman is consistently rude. I’m sure if it’s intentional or not but he seems to be in a bad mood. UPS corporate should know this store and franchisee is a bad representation of their brand.

Unhelpful and misleading service. Called and asked for them to hold on to a package. First they told me they didn't have it. They did. When trying to pick up they also told me they didn't have it. It was right behind the counter. Wouldn't trust them with anything valuable. Try somewhere else.

I live on Mercer island that UPS store is so awful that I drive here for all returns and the people who work here at great!! Super nice and super quick. Highly recommend if you want a good UPS store!

Fast and friendly service, if you need to print a label it's 30ish cents to print, but $2 for computer usage, a bit of a joke of a fee. Guess they gotta make profits somehow

I wanted to let management know that the gentleman who was working this morning (4/5/23) impressed me with his calm/caring demeano. There were several customers waiting in line, and he gave everyone the same patience and care when they had their turn at the counter. Never rushed anyone and gave each person attention. Being in someone that works in management for those that work with the publi, I know it's not as common these days to receive such great customer service! I appreciated his kindness and positivity!

The asian owner is rude. UPS should investigate this location. They charge you $2 for computer use. I'd rather use FedEx

The owner and staff are continuously RUDE to customers. I’ve experienced this personally when needing assistance and I’ve also observed this when I pick up my packages… they are EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL to other customers needing assistance. I’ve even heard the owner say to a customer “this is not an actual UPS facility” because he did not want to help them re-print a label. Prior reviews confirm this about the owner and this location is not a good representation of the UPS brand. Not 1 employee is friendly and needs a re-dip on customer experience training. In a world where everything can be done online, stellar customer experiences are what will keep bringing people into retail locations.

My observation is that the owner of this place discriminates against Asians. When greeting, he says "Hello" to Asian customers and says "How are you doing, Ma'am/ Sir?" to White people. After scanning, he asks Asian customers to put their package to a certain place themselves on their way out. But not asking White people to do the same. If you have the same experience or observations, please speak up.

I came here two weeks after Christmas to drop off a package. I had boxed it myself, made sure to cross out any of the old label material, wrapped it up to protect it, and sealed it shut. I was a bit concern it was going to be a proper packing job!This place was popular! Parking lot is a bit narrow so it was hard to find a space but as we circled I kept seeing more and more people enter. I fully expected to see a long line when I went inside, but there wasn't and I can see why. The employees there were super efficient!As I entered a young man motioned me his way within seconds. I told him what I needed, he measured the box, took my information, I paid, and was out of there all within five minutes. I was super impressed! I don't know what I was expecting but nothing this seamless!

For many years - I have been a customer of this great store. CK and his staff have consistently delivered exceptional service - every time. It is a blessing to have such a reliable service provider.
