Sorry to say, but this bank is truly trash. You put your money to them, then your money is not your money

Had to make a cash deposit for a retail location's business account and what should have been a quick acceptance of legal US currency into an account designated by professional deposit slips provided through US Bank became a 20 minute hassle.First, the teller requested my ID, which, fine, sure, whatever. But, then, I was required to give my SSN, my position, and the status of my employment (full- or part-time).Again, to deposit CASH into an account.I asked the clerk why I needed to provide this information, and he simply said the system required it. I asked how this would be processed if this was simply a drop in the night deposit box, and he stated that the information is only required for in-person deposits. WHY IS IT REQUIRED AT ALL, US BANK?!! Just take the money and put it in the account you agreed to hold it in!So, for turning my 3 minute transaction into a 20 minute transaction I now know to simply avoid any human contact at the bank. I look forward to the day when you no longer have tellers to delay the processing of a basic transaction.

I had a very strange experience today at this branch. In short, it was awful customer service, not necessarily just for me, but for an older hispanic couple, a bit challenged with the English language, this couple walked up to the drive thru window as they don’t have a car. Older blonde lady appeared to be extremely annoyed to serve them. It was painful to watch. As for my transactions Lana finally sorted it out, as per Lana the blame goes to the “glitchy system” of US Bank. I have been a business owner for 30 years and a US Bank customer for over 20 years. I can be persistent and get my things done with a smile. It took a few minutes longer but worked out for me.If anyone from this branch reads this review, and would like to know more about the strange incident I will be happy to oblige. It will be a long story if I try to describe it on this review.

I use U.S. Bank for my personal checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back on my purchases in those categories. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities like Bellevue or Redmond.

My experience with this US bank branch was always very good until recently they changed their staff. For some reason, my bank account got fraud transactions, and I closed my bank account and restarted a new one. Because of that I not only lost my money in my account, my monthly autopay for many things (rent, mortgage, etc) also got messed up, and as a result I got charged for all kinds of late fees, bank withdrawal failure fees. The person who helped me with the account first saying that the bank should not have charged for withdrawal failure, then she realized there is a fee associated with that after she asked around. Next, she claimed that I should be responsible for all the charges or the third party (rent, mortgage) should be responsible for the charge if they don't get my notice in a timely manner. I called US bank fraud department, they said whatever she said is ALL wrong. They are going to refund all the loss. The staff at this branch obviously is not trained enough to handle the business and protect their customers!

The drive thru customer service staff is really caring. She gave a dog treat to our dog and disappeared after we handed her the cheques for deposit. Then she returned with two Hersey's kisses for both of us. I've never encountered such great service from other drive-through banks. Kudos to this sweet Drive-Through Teller!

Just stop by US bank at this location to get quarter rolls. It was a very clean environment and not so busy on Monday. I met service lady Toni and asked my request. After that she made my coffee too~. There is a new coffee machine and water services. She made me a good day! Thanks!!!

The staff at this U.S. Bank have always been very nice and helpful. They constantly offer me candy when I go in. There are rarely lines here, but when there is the drive-thru bank teller will pitch in and help customers that are inside as well, which is great! I did wish there was a drive up ATM here though, although there is a walk up one outside. I've only had one problem here with a charge they accidentally did to my account, but they fixed it instantly when I went back in and apologized. All in all, a great experience every time I'm in. I'm sure I will be back here again soon.
