Terrible customer service at the branch and over the phone. I was pretty frustrated for years (ATM had an error that took 2 weeks to return the money to the account, hidden/slick fees and charges, just overall garbage). Went to a credit union and instantly refinanced my car for less.
To the Holly at the Factoria location, along with the customer rep in Portland who both thought I was too rude: You both are terrible at your jobs. Good riddance.

Set aside a lot of time if you need to come here on a Saturday. I waited for over 25 minutes with a single person in line in front of me.

Review is for the drive-thru only. The slowest of all the nearest US Banks near me. Always a 3-6 minute wait before anyone even acknowledges that I’m there. So frustrating when I have no choice but to come to this branch. I’m actually here in the drive-thru writing this review got here at 11:20 and it’s 11:32 and I’m still here!

My local branch on Mercer Island is no longer open on Saturdays so I have been coming here for quite some time if I needed any banking done on the weekends. The team is always really friendly and there are rarely any wait times. Highly recommend this US Bank branch.

Walked in to open up a business account these lady’s are looking me up and down and judging tell me to sit down then the lady on the far end comes and says she doesn’t have appointment after she was just getting ready to help me weird do not go here if your not Asian

I love the personal touch I receive every time I go into this branch. Everyone is friendly, very helpful, and always professional which is why I like going into the branch when I need to do my banking.
